“The house was great and in perfect condition. Great location as it is 3 min from the Inari shrine and close to the train station which is always helpful. Nothing to complain about except 1 thing: there was no pool table as shown on the photos and we were not told about it. The guy who gave us the keys told us it is being fixed, which is fine but we would have prefered to know beforehand as we were very excited about it. ”

“Vi besökte Kyoto under tre dagar för att se historiska tempel och slott. Det passade väldigt bra att bo på detta traditionella hotell. I byn Uji fanns två tempel som är med på Unescos värlsarvlista. Vi åkte JR s lokal tåg från Kyoto till Uji och på vägen ligger även Inari som vi besökte.”

“They were really nice and helpful at the hotel. Only problem that the movie services were a little faulty and didn't always work. Also most of the movies were dubbed in japanese which was a shame. BUT It was an awesome hotel and we will probably go back when we come back to Kyoto! The service was amazing and the price was awesome considering everything you got with it.”

“Love hôtel avec les inconvénients que cela peut avoir. Assez loin des centres d'intérêts et éloigné de la gare. Nous n'avions pas précisé que nous voulions une chambre non fumeurs et nous avons eu une chambre fumeurs... L'odeur de cigarette était forte, mais malgré sa gentillesse, la réceptionniste n'a pas pu (ou voulu) nous changer de chambre. Expérience très mitigée donc”

“Small rooms but rather common thing in Japan. Can't set temperature on AC only strength. So even with 24 Degree Celsius it still heated the room. Front desk knew very little English but really tried their best to help.”

You get what you pay for. Good lication, good stay
"It was kind of what I had expected. It's a rather cheap price i paid, so I'm not disappointed but not excited. It was good. Staff was friendly. The room was a bit run down, carpet def seen better days and some old hair pins on the floor. The location was great, thoo! It's a bit noisy from the train tracks and outside but hardly something I'll blame the hotel for. Me and my travel companions are overall very pleased and im going to continue usung APA when traveling. "
