“It was a lovely home. The space was as pictured. Initially, I was concerned I wouldn't find the property because I'm unfamiliar with how homes are placed in Japan, but the host provided a great map. Also, Google Street View helped. I will say that my kid and I have sensitive noses and a neighbor was smoking outside. We were able to smell the smoke and initially thought the smell was from the property. Just so you know it's not the property and the smell does go away.”
“Pros: Very traditional Japanese home in a very quiet and residential area. 5 min walk to bus stop and walkable distance to the main train station.
Cons: Do not recommend to families with kids who are loud and playful. Next door neighbor is old and can't be disturbed. Washing machine is located outside the house, very loud and inconvenient.
