“We did a park and fly night on 10/19/26. I was told by the staff at check in that I would have to book a night seperately when we come back on 10/29/26. I told him that I thought I did. He stated that we did not. I booked the 10/29/26 night when we were on our trip a few days after. When we got to the hotel and paid the next moring, I was told that we had two bookings for that night and one was labeled a "NO SHOW" and I would have to pay for it. “Everything was great except the last day the elevator went down. Other than that inconvenience I would of given 5 stars.”

“Comfort Inn was an economical place to stay. The staff was amazing. The night clerk came and fixed our TV, which I had messed up very quickly. The pool and hot tub was up and working and fun to enjoy. The hotel needed some maintenance work done . Paint was peeling off the walls and ceilings but it was clean. The breakfast was great . It is in a good location also.”

“No access to the pool as was promised and a frozen burrito for breakfast. Terrible. Paid for things that were not there. Gave BW many chances to do the right thing by the customer but unfortunately they don’t care about their guests. ”

“Nice over night stay, clean.”
