We stayed for a quick weekend trip and the house was perfect for us and our dog. We were all very cozy. The house has everything you need and is so close to restaurants and coffee shops!

We had a stellar 5-star experience at SoPi Cottage; the place was spotless, and the hosts’ communication was top-notch from start to finish. Finding a pet-friendly spot this close to both downtown and all the golf courses is a total win, making it the perfect home base for a relaxing (and active) getaway. We couldn’t have asked for a smoother stay and will definitely be back!

Great Stay!

Very clean, comfortable and cozy cottage. Near everything, just a few minutes to Pinehurst as well. Property manager was very good about communication and checked in a few times to make sure everything was going well during our stay.

Top Notch Property & Great Location

We absolutely loved our stay. It is a comfortable, well stocked property. Communication with the hosts was great too! The location can't be beat. We walked downtown to enjoy shops, food & live music. Also within walking distance to a great park for the kids to play.

Lovely central location

The place was just as described. Light, modern and just the right touches. The kitchen was awesome and the beds were super comfy. Overall a lovely place to stay for small families and the host was super easy to talk to. Highly recommend!

Super cute house in Southern Pines! It’s spacious inside but also spacious outside (backyard) for our dog. Easy in and out and hosts are very communicative. The house is close to everything - we will definitely stay again!

Awesome stay at SoPi Cottage

We had a wonderful stay in Southern Pines at the SoPi Cottage. The property was very clean and well appointed. It was also extremely quiet and in a great location. Chris and Crystal were excellent in terms of communication and making sure we had what needed. A overall, and we will be back.

Adorable gem in Southern Pines

Pristine cozy 2 bed 1 bath home with beautiful finishes and decor. Great communication from owner and property manager. Fully fenced back yard was a plus and a short half mile walk to town. Highly recommend!

Great Place

The home is located on a quiet street in Southern Pines. It is well maintained and is updated. Nice den area for family time and large kitchen to accommodate everyone. The patio has a gas grill and it is maintained and in good shape. We had a great time and would rent this property again.
