Assisted with directions and of things to do whilst in the area. Struck up appropriate conversations based on their observations. Room was clean and had all that we needed. Meals were excellent.”

“This hotel is really for people with cars, but it didn't matter to me as I just walked to the station about 6 minutes away. Trains go every 10 minutes and it takes 40 minutes into central Melbourne. Other places can easily be reached by changing train lines, for example Brighton, Sandringham and Rippon Lea National Trust House. The main shopping road down to the station in Highett is lined with small shops and lots of cafés and eateries. Woolworths is opposite the station. My hotel room felt...
