  • Have fun with the whole family at this stylish cheerful sunny cottage. Fenced yard with lots of parking and only a ten minute walk to the water front, enjoy the sunset and live bands at American Fish. Walk to all shops and restaurants from where we are located. Right across from Locals where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner. Join the Tap Room right across the street for beers and bingo on Sunday. Large enough property you can bring an RV or boat!

The cottage is adorable, clean, and updated. It’s in a great location in Southport, walkable to shops, restaurants, and the waterfront. We enjoyed our girls’ trip! The host was very responsive when emailing or messaging. All of us agreed that we would stay here again.

Very clean, comfortable and close to town ,restaurants and the St James golf club where we played a tournament. I would highly recommend renting this home.

This home was comfortable, well-appointed, and within walking distance of the things we enjoy about Southport. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

This property was fabulous! Probably one of the best stocked homes I have ever visited and most definitely the cleanest and best kept home. It was a great location especially for our group of ladies who also met up with a friend who lives in Southport, one in Wilmington, and a reunion with some I personally had no saw in 20year who lived in Winnabow. The access to the beach was so easy with great parking and restroom access at the Lazy Turtle in OKI. Can't wait to come back with my husband and our bike trailer (since we are too old to ride that far)! We are already planning our next trip! Thanks again to Eugenia for being a fabulous host!!

Fishing Trip

Great house with plenty of room for 5 adults. Great experience with the near by marina to keep the boat in the water. Plenty of room at the house for the boat trailer.

Race weekend!

The house was wonderful!! Had everything you could ever need or want and just beautiful inside. If I had a beach house I would want to copy this house!! Loved the location because I got to see all Southport had to offer. Was a great stroll down to the waterfront and back with many shops and bars to check out and we did them all ☺️ Perfect getaway place and will be back there for sure. Hopefully longer than a weekend next time! Eugenia was awesome to work with and made it a perfect weekend!
