“Mostly enjoyed our stay. Room clean and suitable for short stay. No toiletries on first night just soap. Only 2 cups for 3 adults had to go to bar for an extra cup. No extension lead available so glad we took our own although not really long enough. Disappointed to find door not secured properly after cleaners had been in.”

“This place is a little gem. A great deal of thought has gone into the rooms, everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. Very welcoming staff who clearly want the guests to have an enjoyable stay. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent, with plenty of choice. Would definitely stay again.”

“Room was small but very adequate. Unfortunately during my stay there was a heatwave making the room very hot as there was no air con . Fan was provided but still had to take cold showers to cool down . Not the property’s fault there was extreme temperatures. Parking provided . 10mins walk to the town . Overall good stay over .”

“The shower control was basically the easiest to use but it might be beneficial to have a notice above it stating: "Water pressure is constant so the knob is to just alter the temperature"”

“Homely and welcoming accomodation in remote part of Lincolnshire. Food is only served to b and b guests, and bar is only open in evening. Perfect for visiting places such as Tattershall and Woodhall Spa”

“The code for the wasn’t sent to me, but a phone call fixed that. There are no staff so everything is done by phone or message. Car park is nearby and reasonable. The room was fine with a good shower although it smelt as if someone had been smoking on the landing (not the room) Breakfast is very basic, toast, yoghurt Nescafé and cereals. But that was ok. It’s fine for two nights but I wouldn’t have wanted to stay for a lot longer. Good value overall if basic. ”

“What an apartment! I was so worried about coming here! My husband was admitted to hospital while on holiday and this was the only affordable place I could find, I thought for the price it would be a dump but how shocked was I? It was amazing, so clean and so big. It is located right in the centre and surrounded by shops and cafes. We’ve had the best stay in the worst circumstances and I would 100% recommend! Me and my son felt safe due to the locked gate then locked outside door!”
