“Very nice people. No amenities like coffee pot, Kleenex, shampoo/conditioner in your room. Also stayed for two days and no one came to clean room empty trash or replenish towels.”

“Room was great just didn't like that it had an adjoining room connected and it does not say that when you book the room. Also shower and sink water very oily not sure what that is about but was not satisfied with that. Then my card was overcharged and to resolve the issue took some days. Manager handled well but never got an explanation on why I had multiple charges. But I did get a refund. But I dont think I would return because of the water and very noisy all night doors slamming at all hours”

“I booked my stay through Expedia approximately one month in advance, expecting the room I reserved to be available upon arrival. “Room was clean, staff were kind & helpful, needs were met throughout our stay, & breakfast was a great spread of options. BW Texas waffles sealed the deal!! Would definitely stay here or recommend for anyone needing to stay near Lackland AFB, as all the graduation events were more clearly laid out by hotel staff than what we received from anywhere else. The room itself was decent, though our sink drained slowly and the showerhead sprayed in all different directions. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well, but I wouldn't recommend the pool. 4/10”

“The staff could’ve been a little bit nicer”

“Under renovation but very helpful staff and clean comfortable room. Off the beaten path but worth it.”

“Lo único que fue ; es que estaba audio el parqueadero . Todo lo demas excelente el cuarto super limpio y el desayuno también”
