“All the facilities were very clean and neat. There were deer in the pond when we opened our room door in the morning to the beautiful sunshine. The breakfast was delicious. We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would change would be the staff free check in. Some travelers may appreciate that, but it made it seem unwelcoming and more like an rental property. ”

“Beautiful and well maintained property. Check in and out were a breeze. Quiet place out in the country. Great escape from the city. House was clean but small. No ice maker, stove did not work, no pans provided, and no TV. Main sleeping quarters was upstairs via a ladder which was sketchy. We slept on the sofa on the main floor. For safety purposes a railing is needed around the main sleeping quarters. The ladder takes up too much room. Needs to be able to be stowed away to create extra room on...

“Our room was exceptionally clean. Bed was comfortable. We had a porch and it wasn’t clean. The outside can use some overall maintenance, some flowers and general cleaning up. Margaret cooked us breakfast and it was wonderful. She is delightful. Location is great. We are glad we were not in the middle of the Riverwalk. ”

We did yoga on the balcony with the quiet a breeze through all the trees and fields on the property. Very retreat feel! Highly recommend”
