    En jurt är en tältliknande cirkulär tygkonstruktion med en ram av trägitter som har sitt ursprung bland nomadstammarna i Asien. Dessa permanenta, färgglada strukturer har tjocka ytterväggar på duk som inkluderar reflekterande isolering och en högeffektiv värmepump / AC-enhet så att du kan vara bekväm under alla säsonger. Yurts blir snabbt en ny semesterupplevelse som semesterfirare njuter av i hela USA från utsikt över klippan i Kalifornien till skidstugor i Colorado. This year's vacation in Maine was outstanding. Exploring in the park, wonderful food (we both tried lobster for the first time), and the gorgeous yurt! So much space. Very clean. Not too far from most things. Everything we needed and more! Will definitely return some day!

This was such an incredible experience! The Yurt was a fun and comfortable place to spend our time. It was quiet, but was also accessible to other island activities. We had a great time, and enjoyed being able to cook at “home”. The beds were very comfortable, including the pull out couch. Everything was very clean. Temp control was great, even as we experience temps between 45 and 60! Loved our stay here, and will absolutely be staying here again.
Pull out couch was very comfy, and there was plenty of room to navigate around d.
Kitchen was well equipped. We cooked at “home” for most meals, and had everything we needed.

Great property. Very clean, comfortable and well stocked. The location was perfect. Not too far from most of Acadia's attractions. Check in and check out were very easy. Loved this yurt!

Bachelorette weekend!

Exactly what we were looking for! A place to call home while we explored Acadia and Bar Harbor! Fit 6 girls comfortably with surprisingly no arguing over the bathroom! Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing and Cozy Stay

After long days hiking around Acadia, my sister and I loved coming back every night to the quiet and cozy yurt. It's super close to everything including Bar Harbor. Definitely stay here if you want something a little different but still comfortable.

The yurt was extremely welcoming, peaceful, clean, relaxing, and all around amazing. The hosts were very helpful and responsive with any questions that we had. We would definitely consider staying here again.

A Wonderful Experience!

Staying at Acadia Yurts was a wonderful experience! It was clean and cozy, had everything we needed. We did a lot of sightseeing in the surrounding area but when we were back "home", we thoroughly enjoyed it. We highly recommend "glamping" at Acadia Yurts!

Great stay on the quiet side of MDI

We had a great stay at Acadia Yurts! Kids enjoyed the loft and parents enjoyed the space of the larger yurt. Karen and Aaron are great hosts; always responsive and helpful. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great experience near Acadia National Park!

Acadia Yurts is a wonderful place with everything you need to be comfortable while still feeling like you are camping close to nature. The owners were very friendly and responsive.

The yurt provided an excellent home base for us while we explored Acadia and was the perfect balance of nature and comfort for our family! We loved our time there and would not hesitate to book again. Karen and Aaron do a wonderful job!

Stop looking and stay here

By far the most perfect spot to stay in Acadia. The balance between nature and convenience is perfect. Incredibly well maintained and clean. 10/10 we will be back.

This was such a great spot! It was on the quieter side of the island which was really nice. The hosts thought about everything, even had a stool for our little kiddo to use to be able to reach the sink. Our only regret was not being able to stay longer. Definitely coming back!

Great vacation!

Our yurt was a great home base for our family to explore Acadia and MDI! It had everything we needed and we appreciated the amenities after long days spent exploring the park. Aaron and a Karen were great hosts and everything was as advertised. We definitely look forward to coming back in the future!
