Villa Ebe is an elegant and welcoming two-story villa in the characteristic style of the Tuscan countryside. It sleeps 14 people. From Villa Ebe you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery and of the hills. Villa Ebe is 500 square meters (5380 square feet). It features a private swimming pool and a private jacuzzi pool, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 16 km (10 miles) from Siena, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 3 km (roughly 1.9 miles). You will reach Villa Ebe from the parking area along a route that includes approximately three stairway steps.
To stay at Villa Ebe you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. Please note that access to Villa Ebe is along a 500-meter (1640 feets) country road.

Swimming Pool
The above-ground swimming pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long. The area is equipped with deck chairs, sun loungers and a gazebo. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the Senesi hills and of the surrounding countryside. The pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.
Patio
The patio is 60 square meters (645 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a wood roof. It is equipped with tables and chairs. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the greenery and of the hills.
Garden with Jacuzzi pool
The garden is 500 square meters (5380 square feet) large. It features an above-ground heated jacuzzi pool with hydromassage. The garden is partly shaded by tall trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs and deck chairs. From the garden you will enjoy a spectacular view of the Senesi hills and of the surrounding countryside. In the garden you will also find an area where vegetables are grown and you will be able to pick up available vegetables according to the season.

The first living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include two sofas. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Dining Room
The dining room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams and terracotta tiles. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. The two dining tables can accommodate 14 guests. There is a small fireplace made of bricks. The room has a small high window.
Kitchen 1
You will be able to enter the first kitchen from the dining room through a brickwork arched opening. It is very well equipped, with a six-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. The dining table is a little kitchen peninsula, and can accommodate two guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the garden. The room also has two windows. The kitchen is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Half bath
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it from the dining room. First FloorLiving Room 2

Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom

You will be able to enter the second kitchen from the third living room going down four steps. The second kitchen has no door. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate three guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the garden.

The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen.

You will be able to enter the game room through an external access. The game room is paved with wood. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. Here you will be able to have fun with a ping pong table and a pool table. The furnishings include a small sofa. From the game room you will be able to enter the garden through two French doors. It also has two roof windows, as well as a window. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
