“Great staff. A very nice hotel. ”

“Trevlig personal. Lite väl högljudda gäster. ”

“The main issue with the property was that the basement room smelled SO strongly of mildew and the stairs to get down there felt so steep and unsafe that one couple in our group ended up booking a hotel to accommodate themselves. This was truly more like a converted crawl space than a bedroom. In addition, the sofa bed in the living room was very uncomfortable, even for a sofa bed. The host did not have any location recommendations as she shared she has not lived in the area for 10 years, and...

“This place is actually pretty nice, but I was debating whether I should put 3 or 4 stars. I went with 4, because 3 feels kind of harsh. The room was nice, but there is no elevator and you have to go up 2 flights of stairs and narrow corridors to get all the way up. Keep that in mind if you have heavy luggage with you. There is a lovely pub downstairs, with tasty pizzas and good taps. We were offered a 10% guest discount which we never got, because there was a "glitch at the system". It's...

“property needs good renovation”

“Very clean. Easy check in. Ground floor room so lots of traffic noise in the morning.”

“Low standard (like a lot of hotels in London) hotel but good location. ”

“Wasn’t aware I was booked in even though I’d had a confirmation email. Rather than get angry I slept on a sofa with bedding provided.”

“Good location, good bus services, great breakfast, lots of shops nearby, I would go back to this hotel”

“The hotel has basically no amenities and the reception is not staffed. Clean enough, but very stiff bed and cold room, maybe because I hit it in-between two heat waves? Not bad but nothing to write home about.”

“Nice and clean room. Steep, narrow stairs but that’s a London classic. The door to the room was very thin and not tight. Every time someone else was moving outside it sounded like they were in the room. Def a lack of privacy in that sense. Didn’t help with the 4 man reno crew working just outside the door all morning. Room only had window in bathroom and in ceiling. Had to find a stick to close the ceiling window blinds after waking up in full daylight at 5.30 am. ”

“Den är bra och personal är trevliga ”

“Otroligt varmt rum, ingen hiss. Dåliga sängar”

“Standard som förväntat till det priset men ändå bra. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal som ordnade så att vi kunde checka in väldigt sent. Köket och badrummen ganska nyrustade och rena. Fick nya lakan och handdukar andra dagen av fyra. Busshållplats finns precis utanför. Inte särskilt fint område men en vacker park i närheten. Nära till stor mataffär. Skulle kunna bo där fler gånger. ”
