âHet personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en erg betrokken. Ze checkten regelmatig bij ons in en deden er alles aan om ons thuis te laten voelen en ons te verwennen. Ze waren oprecht geĂŻnteresseerd en er was veel persoonlijke aandacht. Naast de fantastische locatie, dicht bij vele highlights, gaf het hotel een ontspannen, lokale feel maar met absolute internationale standaard. Wij zouden het aan iedereen aan kunnen raden! â

âVery warm and welcomming staff. Treated us like a family. Easy and quick tour orginize for our short stay. Excillent dinner, Nigel is one of the best cheif you can ever imagen. Best food we had in Dominica. Excellent. Fun to interact with the other guests for dinner. Breakfast too all very delicious and nutrious.
Its just worth lying in the hammock while watching the Hummingbirds and Lizards in the wounderful garden.

âThis was my 2nd time staying at Pinard Mountain Resort and it was wonderful. The beautiful views and calm tranquil surroundings made my stay amazing. The staff are warm and welcoming. I was very happy to see Ms. Remy again. She is a beautiful & intellegent young woman and a great asset to the resort. I was very sad to leave but am hopeful to come back and stay again next year. âThe setting is lovely, secluded, and with a pool and beautiful deck, bar area, perched in the tropical hills. It is a stunning setting. The driveway to the Resort is steep and challenging, especially the first time. Once you've made it to the top, it's worth it. We would stay there again. â
âThere was a mix-up about the room description, but the staff made it right. The restaurant bar staff were fun and attentive. Air-conditioning was truly a blessing! Balcony was a perfect view of the ocean and we got a bird's eye view of ocean wildlife coming ashore in the morning at breakfast. Room was clean and adapters were provided for electronic device usage and charging. I would definitely visit here again.â
âThe address was not correct, it leads us to the hospital, I had to ask for directions. When the men arrived at the bottom of the stairs, they were sitting and never responded to the "hello", maybe because of my complexion, whatever, I didn't try to say hello again after that. The maids was nice and polite. â
âOverall we loved it, though it would have been good to know that you can't drive to the hotel if you don't have a proper 4WD as it is located at the end of a long and steep tarished road. Luckily the hotel offers an transport service for the dirty road between 8am and 5pm.
They also offer food(preorder only) and drinks at the bar. The staff was very nice and always helpful. Our favourite was the weekday driver.
The cottage had a very nice kitchen unfortunately not much utensils in it...

"Mycket trevligt hotell, vi hade balkong vid havet, otrolig utsikt med vĂ„gornas brus i i rummet. Mycket trevligt rum. Servisen var överlag bra. Dock med undantag för den dyra frukosten: lite att vĂ€lja pĂ„ (saker var ofta slut), svĂ„rt att hitta dĂ„ den del saker som tex juice (den lilla som fanns) & kaffe var undanstĂ€llt.
