Awesome place to vacation
This place was great. Very clean and central location to alot of great towns and dawn was amazing with communication. Plus the house was stocked with all the amenities. Highly recommend

We loved our stay here! It was just as described with peaceful views and everything we needed. Host was great with info and communication and we had a fantastic time adventuring to the state parks! We would highly recommend this property!!

Marvelous property!
This property was absolutely marvelous! The property itself is very beautiful with rolling hills, cattle grazing, flowering trees, the creek, a few small waterfalls, some wildlife and quiet! We never got a chance to use the firepit or the big backporch...it was cold in the evenings and we were busy until late each day...but they would have both been very fun to use. The house was spacious, the beds comfortable, lots of windows facing the back of the property, and Dawn went out of her way to meet our needs. We love waterfalls and were able to visit 5 in the area! I would recommend this get away to anyone!

Pictures dont do it justice!
Wow! This place was amazing, beautiful, quiet...everything anyone would want for a relaxed vacation! Wr played in creek and waterfalls, had 2 fires, enjoyed the neighboring cows, and many meals on the back porch. We will be back!

Much better than photos represent. Great little get-away!
The relaxing sound of the creek when sitting on the back porch is amazing! The "little" waterfalls on the property were much bigger than I expected and there's a nice little bench for relaxing/viewing! Restaurants not too far away. Nearby state parks are well worth the drive! Owner is very responsive to messages - even called the Fire Dept for us to see what they were serving for breakfast. (Speaking of which, the Fire Dept breakfast was GREAT! For $10 you receive (all/any): eggs made-to-order, ham, sausage, bacon, pancakes, sausage gravy with homemade biscuits, chocolate gravy, hashbrowns, selection of drinks. One of the volunteers mentioned that all of the fire departments in area do it up big like this, so you might see what you can find on a weekend that local one isn't serving.)

Amazing!
Our stay here was the best! The property is gorgeous and private. The home was clean and cozy. The kitchen is huge and open to the living room and the cows were friendly. :) The host was available and communicative and we can't wait to go back!

Best New Year Vacation!!!!
We had the most amazing time!!!! As soon as you turn in the driveway your breath is taken away at the beauty of this place. The back porch was our favorite part. We just sat out and absolutely enjoyed the sounds of nature. We took a walk down to the little waterfall and enjoyed hearing and seeing it. The house was amazing as well. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, too. There were board games we were able to sit and play for hours. Even the small details were great...there were specific towels to take off your makeup in order to keep their white towels clean. I know that's small, its just the attention to details that I loved!!! We will definitely be returning.

Just What We Needed
I wanted a place where my kids could safely roam and explore and this property was PERFECT! Easy little walk to the creek, plenty of cleared space to play, great outdoor seating options, cozy living room, great Wi-Fi. Two things to be aware of: 1.) The creek cannot be accessed from the back yard. You have to take a little walk down a hill and they a clearing but there is a bench and easy access down there. 2.) The mattress in the master bedroom is very firm. Some of us liked it, I did not haha

Beautiful, peaceful place
Absolutely perfect place to stay. All the pictures are accurate. Clean, comfortable furniture. Bed sheets are so soft!! Saw deer and some bulls. Very peaceful. Can't wait to go back.

Peace on earth
The vacation home was perfect for us it was so comfy, peaceful, and welcoming. It is nestled by sis with a small stream running thru the back yard. If you are a lucky one you get to see natural animals. The house was stocked with all your basic necessity. The host was very nice and helpful with every mage i sent her. My family and i will definitely use this home again for another family vacation which we are already planning.

The communication and hospitality of the owner was exceptional. The house was charming and very comfortable. There were lots of thought into placing convenient touches that were intended to make our stay nicer. It was the perfect location to relax before finishing our journey home. Thank you.

Mini vacation
Did a mini vacation to the area to check it out. This property worked out well for what we needed. We visited a couple of state parks to hike and see waterfalls and it was an easy drive. Enjoyed sitting on back deck to eat meals and just relax.

Countryside escape
The views from the front porch and back deck were amazing. It is not possible for pictures to do it justice. Front yard had small hill that kids loved to ride their bikes on. Creek was probably 40 feet below the deck and kids could run down any time to play while we could easily watch from the deck before going down to join them. Home owner was so easy to contact, was kind and helpful during the entire stay. It was the exact escape we needed that is an easy drive from our home and i feel sure we will be back many times when we need to get away and unplug. Also, i have a service dog that I cannot function or stay consistently alert/mobile without her medical alerts. The home owner was absolutely perfect in how she handled us as a team, and went above and beyond on our last day to accommodate my alert. Nothing but good things to say.

Tennessee hide away
We really enjoyed this location, as we were looking for a quiet, secluded property. The house was furnished with everything we were looking for in a vacation home. The property included a large deck with grill. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. This location even included covered parking for 2 vehicles.

Great stay
We loved this location! It was a nice, clean house with everything we needed! The location was so perfect. It was so private and secluded. We had a blast playing in the creek right behind the house. Scenic state parks sre close by. We wish we could have stayed longer. The high-speed internet was a treat too! Thank you for sharing your house. It was wonderful!

Cute place
The place was clean, with full equipped kitchen. We liked fire pit and sounds of the creek ….We had great time for our little getaway with friends, visiting several waterfalls and parks in the area! I would recommend to see Twin Falls , it was amazing!

Nice relaxing views
Overall it was great. I couldn’t get hot water out of the bathroom sinks but plenty in the shower and kitchen. It was very cozy and the scenery was amazing. The weather was cool and windy so we didn’t get to get in the creek or have a Bon fire. But would stay there again.

Thank you so much for your review. The faucets in both bathrooms are reversed. Hot is on the right and cold is on the left. I would love to have y'all back anytime!

The perfect weekend retreat!
The house was perfect for our family retreat. They had puzzles, farm animals next door, entertainment, beautiful views, and the chance to get away from a busy world and it’s noise. 10/10, would recommend for everyone to see for themselves!!!
