The Shoreline Lake House got its name for being the closest waterfront rental with boat access on Center Hill Lake. The Shoreline sits approx 60 yards from the waters edge and boast amazing year round views of the lake. There's nothing better than waking up and watching boats cruise by on a gorgeous summer day! Shoreline adjoins a recreational area that has picnic tables, grills, boat ramp and dock. This large double decker waterfront property is truly one of a kind. Take a walk down to the Shoreline and enjoy!

PLEASE DO NOT take Large Wake boats, Pontoons Etc down the private drive to SHL. Narrow Road and won't be able to turn around. Boat storage available.
NO SMOKING inside the property or on the decks. Grass area is okay as long as you clean up after yourself. $500 fee if found to be smoking.
NO PETS. We do not allow animals to prevent any kind of allergic reactions with guest. Any pets in the property will be charged $500 asked to leave.

Shoreline Grad party

We had such a wonderful experience! My son graduated high school and i wanted to have a place for the whole family to come together to celebrate this special occasion! We had a 26' RV and 3 cars that fit in the drive. It was snug but we handled it! The views are amazing and there was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy themselves comfortably. The host Josh had everything we needed except a rolling pin, but I improvised so Id say we were all set!! Our family really enjoyed the porch and the lighting was great for playing board games even while it was raining. Over all we had an amazing experience and look forward to booking again! were set! Beautiful Lake Escape

We had our children and grandchildren together for a week in this beautiful home. Spacious and also a separate space make it the perfect accommodations. The house is located on Center Hill Lake which was so fun! Would definitely rent here again. Stunning!

Beautiful Stay

Loved the weekend spent here & will definitely book here again! The views were spectacular, the pictures dont do it justice! Communication with the host was beyond expectation, they replied immediately & were so helpful. I booked last minute for a wedding & he went above & beyond to accommodate. 12/10 would recommend!
