“Would have liked there to be a sign that says the lobby is on the 2nd floor. And also would have appreciated the parking garage to have a sign specifically saying it was for the hotel. We drove right past it to the front of the hotel. Walked inside and couldn’t use the elevator unless you have a key card. Yet I have to go to the 2nd floor to check in to get a key card. “We stayed here for one night while we attended an Indiana Fever game. This location is absolutely perfect. The hotel is lovely, the service is excellent, the rooms were beautiful and the free breakfast in the morning was fantastic...especially when enjoyed from the outdoors patio overlooking the street and the Gainsbridge Fieldhouse. Definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the city and especially for anyone attending a basketball game. You cannot get a better location!”

One need to be aware of what direction the room is facing, if it’s north then the railroad will be keeping the light sleeper awake. “Our room was clean and nice. It was close to our event and easy to walk to various attractions. Our only issue was the ac wasn’t working real well and the room was hot and stuffy. We had trouble falling asleep due to the heat. In the morning we were awakened at 6:00 am by the extremely loud construction right outside our window. Not the best nights sleep. ”
