Villa Sascia is a country house nicely situated in an oasis of tranquillity and wellbeing in the hills of Sperlonga in Monti Aurunci Park. Surrounded by Mediterranean greenery, among olive trees, brooms and aromatic herbs, the house is close to Sperlonga, Itrri, Gaeta and cities of major interest like Rome, Naples, Pompei, Montecassino and Caserta. The property, and the swimming pool in particular, offers wonderful views over the sea and the islands of Ponza, Ventotene e Ischia. The swimming pool is shared with other villas in the area (12 people + the owner and its private guests).

There are two independent apartments; the owner lives in the upstairs one and in a third apartment at the back of the house. The swimming pool is shared with other villas in the area (12 people + the owner and its private guests).

SOTTO (ground floor apartment): Two bedrooms (one double/twin and one double) two bathrooms (both with shower), a lounge with kitchenette and fireplace. Satellite TV + DVD player, washing machine and dishwasher. Reserved external space with table, chairs and BBQ. The ground floor apartment, has its own private entrance; guests will share only the pool area and the main gate to enter the garden.
