“Room was very clean and decorated really nice. Gio, the host was very kind and attentive. The rest of the property didn’t exactly look like the pictures but it wasn’t bad! Just needed to be more maintained. Parking situation is on the property and if you drive here get a small car. Roads are very narrow going up to the villa. Views were stunning tho”

Vincent i servisen var the king.

“The location is great. The room was comfortable. Housekeeping service, Rafaela, was amazing but Tony the manager was rude and lacks basic customer service skills. I thought he was having a bad day during my arrival but other people staying at the same time as me complained about the same issues. No good instructions provided at arrival and did not see him at the hotel at any other day during our 6 day stay. Did not answer questions or answers did not answer questions. It will help to have...

“beautiful view and clean!”

“The shower in the restroom overflowed, and the water never got hot. Additionally, the air conditioning did not adequately cool the upstairs sleeping area. While the downstairs remained comfortable, the upstairs loft where the bed was located was extremely warm and felt like a heat box, making it difficult to sleep.”

“This property is fantastic-so nice with a great location. Adriana in guest services is exceptional. I did not want to leave.”

“The location is excellent. Bedroom and living room very good. The kitchen was a bit small. The terrace was not as it seemed on the pictures. The broader part became messy with all things dropping from the vegetation above. The service was excellent with good tips on restaurants. ”

“Good location, clean room.”

“So very friendly and helpful! Good sized room and very clean. The air-conditioning was effective and silent. The breakfast was just marvellous! All homemade and very delicious ”

“A lovely place that is the perfect spot to stay at when in Positano! ”

“This hotel had great views and a great location near the local bus stop and the coastal bus stop.”
