âThe hotel is located in a nice area. The check-in went well, it was a bit difficult to communicate with the staff, the girl who worked there only knew Italian and Ukrainian. But we solved everything in the end. Nice room. Hard beds. Unfortunately the safe was broken and was told that it cannot be fixed.â

We found two issues, the sink was not draining properly and the TV remote was missing batteries. Those issues were corrected immediately by the hotel staff. Es war immer jemand erreichbar wenn es Fragen gab und wir haben auch eine Menge Tips fĂŒr unseren Aufenthalt erhalten. Jeder Zeit wieder. Was man aber generell beachten muss ist, dass es sehr viele Treppen und Steigungen zu ĂŒberwinden gibt. Neapel ist nichts fĂŒr mobil eingeschrĂ€nkte Personen wenn man die Stadt zu FuĂ erkunden möchte. â

âThis was a great place for our family of four. Really large suite that was modern and clean. The location is fantastic. The only issues we had were with the temperature limit on the air conditioning of 20 degrees. We would have definitely turned it a degree colder. And the shower is in an awkward spot where privacy is tricky - especially when youâre trying to get four though showers quickly. Weâd definitely return. â

"The staff at this hotel is amazing!
Due to me and my sisters problem that we didn't receive our luggage from the airport they tried their best to help us in that matter.
Later on we connected well with Rosalba in the reception who have us many good advices and recommendations. She really made us feel like we were the most important guest - and we guess that she and her colleagues are experts in making every guest feel like that.
Also by the pool we have great experiences with the staff and also at breakfast.
The hotel itself was very nice and clean. We have absolutely nothing to complain about.
