"We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything felt smooth and welcoming. The check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were not only professional but also super friendly and helpful. It’s clear they really care about their guests and go the extra mile to make your stay special. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and stylish. We were given a great introduction and a little tour of the facilities, which was really helpful, especially with kids. The food was delicious – lots of variety every day, always fresh, and plenty of options for both adults and kids. The kids loved every moment – from the fun daily activities to the amazing water park, which was one of the highlights of the trip. The pools were clean and well-maintained, with different areas for relaxation, swimming, and play. There was always something to do, yet it still felt relaxing. Whether you’re looking to unwind or keep the kids entertained from morning to night, this hotel strikes the perfect balance."

"We couldn’t be happier with our stay. We travelled with our 7mo baby and were upgraded to a beautiful suite with a private pool. The staff are all fantastic and genuinely happy and welcoming. The rooms are clean, big and bed is super comfortable. Breakfast is good and drinks in the bar are delicious. We also had a deep tissue couples massage in the spa which was fantastic. Would definitely come back. Walking distance to a few restaurants but if you are looking for a more lively location I wouldn’t stay here. 20m bus ride to Chania and Agia Marina."
