“The location is pretty good. It’s only a 4min walk to the beach. The house has some issues but overall is decent. There’s a leak in the master bedroom. There was a very big rainstorm and rain started to leak into the one front window and drip consistently throughout the night causing me and and wife to have to sleep in the living room. “The studio was very cute and nicely decorated. Everything was clean and in good condition. We really like the privacy aspect of the entrance and area outside to relax. It was a nice little spot that was an easy walking distance to the beach. We biked to Duck in just a few minutes. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. I would recommend this spot for a couple on a budget beach vacation.”

“Shore Relaxing is an amazing place. The house is absolutely beautiful and in a great location. We spent time hiking False Cape State Park (VA)...we found a gate to enter from NC. We also explored the Currituck Beach Lighthouse Park/Maritime Museum and hiked Currituck Banks Preserve. The wild horses made daily visits which excited, cautiously, our dog Roscoe. We look forward to a return to Shore Relaxing and would recommend to family and friends.”

“My husband and I love this little condo complex, the location is great, pool is perfect and short walk to the beach. This unit wasn’t great. We had to call maintenance twice (5 day stay), the king bed was hard as a rock, no extra pillows and it was pretty outdated. The AC worked though! “The house was perfect for our family. We had 11 people, and there was plenty of space for all of us. The reading nook was great, and we appreciated all of the games and toys to keep the kids entertained. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. There was an issue with the garbage disposal when we arrived, but the property owners quickly resolved the issue. We have no complaints, and we would definitely stay here again!”

“This house was perfect for our group. The views and sunsets on the sound were amazing! I would stay here again for the view alone but this house had so much more to offer. “Everything was really great with one exception. Had no sheets on top floor master bed, and none in the home. Was told by the property manager to contact cleaning service which we did. Cleaning service said property manager had been told no sheets in the house for that bedroom and expected some to be dropped off. I guess the drop off didn't happen. Property manager gave us a $100 credit to get sheets at Harris Teeter, a 1/4 mile away, but Harris Teeter doesn't sell sheets, so we didn't have them...
