Marco and Eleonora are simply the best one could ask: attentive, professional , caring. Me and my daughter were treated like one of their own and that feeling says more than a million words. “This hotel is quite remote but if you are looking for peace and quiet it is ideal. The buildings and rooms are traditional and spacious. Ahmed, the host, was exceptional in his one to one service to each guest. There is a local restaurant but it was not open during my stay but Ahmed made a 3 course dinner with drinks each evening which was simple but exceptional. “Fantastic stay at this hotel. I had a late arrival, but that was no issues since the hotel has a 24h front desk. Quiet and calm area in Alessandria. The staff was awesome and I got help with what parking app to use and together were all multi-lingual. Room were cleaned every day and it was spotless. I will definitely be back”
