“The room was sufficiently clean but the tub hadn't been cleaned, there was dirt swept into the corner by the sink and there were hairs on the edge of the tub and above the shower (clearly not mine because I have very long hair and these were short, tightly curled hair). Couldn't use the pool because there weren't any lounge chairs or table/chairs available and the people that were at the pool were drinking heavily.
