Payment Processing & Cancellation Policy Notice

Please note: Because we manage multiple properties, VRBO requires us to use our own payment processor. As a result, all payments for this reservation are processed securely through Stripe, not directly by VRBO.

Your total reservation cost is divided into two payments:

The first payment is processed immediately at the time of booking

The second payment is automatically processed 30 days prior to arrival

If your booking is made within 30 days of arrival, both payments will still be processed on the day of booking.

All charges will appear on your bank or credit card statement as Yellow Door Vacation Rentals.

This payment structure is a requirement established by VRBO for professional vacation rental companies and is not optional.

Cancellation Policy:
Due to non-refundable payment processing fees charged by Stripe, all cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee, regardless of when the reservation is canceled. This fee applies to any and all cancellations.

By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these payment and cancellation terms.

No Pets
We love animals, but unfortunately can’t accommodate them here. Please don’t bring pets during your stay. Any evidence of pet hair or damage may result in an additional cleaning fee.

No Smoking Indoors
To keep the home fresh for everyone, smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed inside. If you’d like to smoke, please do so outside and away from doors and windows, and make sure to clean up afterward. Any signs of indoor smoking will result in a $500 fee plus the cost of extra cleaning.

No Parties or Events
This home is meant for relaxing, not for parties. Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours (10 PM – 7 AM).

Accidents Happen
If something breaks or gets damaged during your stay, please let us know right away. We understand that things happen — communication just helps us make sure everything’s taken care of quickly.

Biohazard Cleaning Fee
For health and safety, a $100 cleaning fee will apply if vomit, fecal matter, blood, or other bodily fluids are documented by the cleaners on floors, bedding, furniture, or in common areas.
