We encourage guests to thoroughly review the listing before booking, to ensure they find the perfect vacation home for their needs - The ceiling in the bathroom is finished with knotty pine wood and a clear stain. The bedroom downstairs does have a privacy curtain. Our water softener also works properly. - All of the windows are supposed to open and close, however, based on your feedback, new window opening cranks have been ordered. We do offer a soaker tub and the jets work well but we apologize that they were not exactly like you’d prefer. - Evolve sets industry-competitive prices based on our property and the surrounding area and they use a dynamic pricing algorithm, which can fluctuate depending on the time of year or holiday season. We apologize if you didn't feel it was a good value. - While we do regret our home was not up to your expectations, we are happy to share that no issues were reported by the guests who stayed the following weekend. - Thank you for sharing your review. While it's not uncommon to encounter them in our rural setting, our dedicated cleaning team makes every effort to maintain a web-free environment. Mai, we and the homeowner do not feel that this review and rating are warranted. It's extremely common for large amounts of mosquitoes to be present around Minnesota lakes this time of year, and this is completely out of the homeowner's control. We're not sure if you've encountered them before but we suggest guests supply themselves with bug spray to prevent bug bites. We provide a number of photos depicting the layout and furniture provided in this home so guests know what to expect before they book. However, we're sorry if the choice of aesthetic wasn't to your personal taste. We also provide details about how many bathrooms and bedrooms are in the home on our HomeAway listing so guests can choose a property with an adequate number of each for their party. However, it sounds like that may have been an oversight for your party. We can confirm that all the windows in this home have blinds. We're glad you enjoyed the air-condition in the cabin.
