I was highly disappointed in this stay due to the check in process. I had contacted Hotels.com prior to my trip to change the reservation and upon my arrival the manager did not honor my revised reservation. It took an hour for me to get into contact at Hotels.com to have an issue resolved after the manager and customer service rep went back and forth. Then I had to book directly with the hotel in order to have a hotel room. The next morning I went for breakfast and the orange juice tasted like water. Truly disappointing location with the manager trying to provide lessons on why I should book directly with Best Western and not through 3rd parties.
