Hot tub broken. Pool a very chilly 72 degrees on my watch, so cold even my kids didn’t want get in, and they are like fish always swimming. Pool room was very dim, every light on the ceiling was out except one in the corner, and then one by the hot tub. Room was in dim basement that smelled odd. Room had several shoddily patched walls, especially in the bathroom where it was cracking open down low. There were a few red spots on the comforter and one red smear on the sheet which was gross. Elevator is small and cramped. Front desk clerk was nice but very difficult to understand. Breakfast was mediocre. TV was very old, same model I owned in 2009 when I was in college, and the remote was not working well requiring multiple button presses just to get it to register a channel change.
Overall do not recommend. I don’t know how the reviews were this high. It looks much nicer in the photos than in reality. Fortunately we were only staying a night. Good only if you want to save some money and don’t need anything but a basic room and serviceable meal in the morning. But I question how clean it is so hopefully we don’t get any bed bugs.
