Step inside and feel instantly at ease in the spacious, open-plan living area, highlighted by a soaring
vaulted ceiling and filled with natural light. The warm and cozy decorating scheme invites you to unwind,
while the comfortable recliner couch seats are perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure.

The fully-equipped kitchen features a long counter and bar, providing ample space to lay out groceries,
serve family-style meals, or set up your laptop for work. When it`s time for entertainment or quiet time,
you`ll find a TV in the living room and in each of the three bedrooms.
Step out onto the back porch to enjoy a quiet moment. It`s a lovely spot to kick back and relax under
the shade of a large, mature tree.

GUEST ACCESS
You will have private and exclusive access to the entire home, including the front and back porches.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Our cottage is nestled in a prime, convenient location. You are just a five-minute drive from many
of Springfield`s main attractions, including restaurants, Bass Pro Shops, Wonders of Wildlife, and the
Battlefield Mall. For those visiting for medical reasons, the Whiteside Medical Building at the Mercy
Hospital Complex is only a block away. Several local parks and the Springfield Art Museum are also
nearby.

The home is situated in a quiet neighborhood featuring a mix of newer and older houses, offering a
peaceful residential feel.

GETTING AROUND
Parking is straightforward and can accommodate your entire group.
• A private double-car driveway provides space for up to four vehicles.
• You will have access to a single-car garage stall, which fits one medium-sized SUV. Please note that
some longer trucks may not fit inside the garage due to length.
• Street parking is limited due to the location of a mailbox and fire hydrant.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• **Bedrooms:** The cottage sleeps six guests comfortably. The master bedroom has a King bed, the second bedroom has a Queen bed, and the third bedroom has a Queen bed.
• **Amenities:** The home is equipped with Wi-Fi and has TVs in all bedrooms and the living room.
• **City of Springfield Registration:** BUS2019-00921
I expect guests to act like adults and to be respectful of neighbors.
1. All guests & vehicles must be registered (let us know how many).
2. No pets! No animals accompanying visitors either.
2. Trash dumpster is provided. Please use it to dispose of trash at end of stay.
3. Do not park on street if possible.
4. No smoking or vaping indoors/in garage or at OPEN doors. Cigarettes must be disposed of properly (that means not on the ground for others to pickup). $1000 fee for indoor smoking.
5. No major moving of furniture.
