Overall we enjoyed our stay. However, staff members working there were using the pool as a place to keep their own children/grandchildren. Wouldn't be an issue except they were only popping in at random and leaving the child who was misbehaving for the guest to deal with. The child kept behaving inappropriately towards our children and they only returned to make their child leave the pool after an adult from our group had to intervene multiple times.
At other times guest from our group were waiting for extended periods of time at check in because they were busy packing up and gathering the child's belongings from the lobby area to send them home with someone else and needed to say their good byes etc.
Could have been a fluke but honestly it had the feeling and appearance of an every day situation that seems unprofessional for a business setting.
We missed the breakfast so we can't comment on it but were told they had a decent selection by other members of our group. Overall decent place to stay, price is great and affordable.
