"I haven't stayed at a Holiday Inn since I was a child in the 70's (in Bethesda in Maryland). Nearly 50 years later I stayed at the Holiday Inn at Halifax Airport mainly because of my late arrival at the airport and it was really nice.
I stayed in a suite on the third floor and it was spacious, quiet and very clean.
The staff in general at the hotel were all very pleasent and helpful.
Some of the furniture in the room seemed to be from the 70's and the wooden knives and forks in the breakfast room gave the breakfast experience a somewhat cheap aftertaste. However, the food was good and if you arent too concerned with such minor negatives I would definitely recommend this hotel.
