âI usually stay at Hetland Hall because it is located a bit off and it is quiet. This time though, not so much! There was a wedding reception (on a Tuesday) and I was for some reason given a room just over the ballroom. Extremely loud music until the middle of the night made sleeping impossible. I wasn't informed that there was a party that night and I can't understand why I wasn't given a room in some other part of the hotel. Simply unacceptable.â

From the moment we checked in to the moment we left, the environment was welcoming, staff professional and friendly, rooms very clean and comfortable and breakfast perfect, giving more than adequate veggie options.â
