"There was no running water in the entire hotel. We were told there was a water outage in the entire neighborhood. You would expect that a hotel such as Holiday Inn would have a reserve tank especially since water outages are not a novelty in Johannesburg. We were told the hotel was providing complementary drinking water in our rooms and would also provide water for baths. In a family room for 4, there were two 330ml water bottles. Reception wasnt picking up calls from rooms. Overall, not what I expected from the hotel. I hope this was a one off and that they would normally handle all of this better. "

"Fina rum och bra med gratis shuttle. Dock inte ok att här har ni gratis drinkbiljetter, logga in på och sen tog de över telefonen och gav sig själv toppbetyg. Smutsiga handdukar vid poolen. Men mkt bra frukostbuffé!"
