“A very nice place to stay visiting Kings Canyon and Sequoia Nationalparks. Beautiful views from the garden with colibris and other birds during our stay early May. The very friendly hostess prepares a tasty breakfast and gives you good advice for a day trip. Enjoy and relax.”

“Excellent location for visiting Sequoia and Kings Canyon NP. The host was attentive, the room was perfect with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and place settings for 2. I just hope the toilet paper was chosen for the septic system and not because they wanted that brand. I am glad I arrived in the daylight, the short dirt road in would be tricky in the dark the first time. Dining recommendations were spot on - good food, very friendly service, and close by. I wouldn't hesitate to book here...

“This cabin is so close to being amazing. It's a great location for getting into Sequoia National Park and is secluded enough that you can set up some chairs and enjoy some quiet stargazing. The cabin itself was clean and had everything we needed. The only problem was the bathroom was falling apart to the point that we avoided using it altogether. If the bathroom door hinges were fixed and the walls made more permanent this would be a perfect place to stay”

“My family had a wonderful stay at Brian’s property. It was just what we needed for a getaway and provided easy access to the park. Really enjoyed the wildlife outside and the neighbors livestock was a hoot! The house had everything we needed, the kitchen was well stocked and the house clean and tidy. ”

“We got totally scammed at this VRBO. The house was essentially abandoned. Completely over grown yard, garbage on the porch, garbage throughout the property. The host never responded to questions about check in. Phone number we called went straight to voicemail and we were never able to contact the host. The gate to the property was chained up and had no trespassing signs with images of guns on them. How VRBO allows the property to be listed on their site still is incomprehensible. We are now...

“greeted by host and his horse. He provided interesting things to do in the area besides the National parks we were planning on visiting . we were not use to being in a little trailer house, so shower and sleeping was a bit of a challenge for us. We loved the stay.”
