“Best property & professional staff upon requesting they offered twin room as we were group travelling, loved the stay thanks”

“I checked in and the location close to the airport however their cleaning products I was highly allergic to. I got dizzy and had to step out the room and leave the door opened until housekeeping came and sprayed something else not citrus. However the worst part and I left and came back late and still the smell was there makes sense as they use the products on a daily. I texted the hotel and explained the issues and they brought someone but I also was lucky to find someone in the hallway when I...

“It was good. The airport pickup was prompt and the driver was smart. The front desk manager was equally polite friendly and finished off the formalise quickly and guided us to our room which was clean and tidy.Bathrooms were good and well maintained with all the bath accessories.Room service was good and food served was tasty and good ”

“Awesome property and great services! Will definitely visit again”

“Toppklass med ett fåtal mindre bra saker: långt till stan, internet strular, tvn strular, spa't var inte färdigbyggt, fitness center var inte mycket att hänga i granen (eventuellt ej färdigbyggt). Men totalt sett alltså ändå toppklass för sin prisklass. Stora rum, lyxigt, ok pool, alla mycket trevliga och serviceminded.”

“Great location and great stay. Really enjoyed staying here. A special thank you to Suraj who looked after my mother and I on this visit.”

“All well”

“We had a fantastic stay at Four Seasons Sheraton in Amritsar. Everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel was spotlessly clean, comfortable and beautifully maintained, with a fantastic selection of food at both breakfast and dinner. What really made our stay special was the wonderful staff, who were always friendly, attentive and happy to help. A heartfelt thank you to Rahul, Rajat, Sushmita and Zorawar, who went above and beyond to make us feel so welcome. A special thank you also to...

“Decent and quite place to stay in city with conjetion with traffic”

“I booked using Expedia. However, communication with the hotel through this portal was poor as the hotel did not reply in a timely fashion and mostly gnored questions. Check-in and check-out was smooth and efficient. The staff at reception were polite and well spoken. The rooms were not set up on arrival to accomodate our 3 groups of 3. We had to ask for extra beds, towels and glasses. The safe was broken and needing fixing. The shower door did not close fully leading to water all over the...

“Rummet var rent och personal var trevligt. ”

“I will give Kudus to Aiyush the front desk Guy who made my stay comfortable. He went above and beyond to accommodate my need and make sure I had a comfortable stay. I’ll visit again just for Aiyush( not sure if I had a correct spelling of his name) Thanks Rajeev”

“Great ambiance, not your usual box hotel. Staff was very helpful with our late departure. One disappointment was the operator (an older woman) was berating a staff member. She didn't know I was aware of what was happening.”
