âThe property was in excellent condition, with all utilities of a high standard.
All communication prior to and after arrival were first class. The check-in procedure was clear and simple and without any problems.
The location was very good for us, reasonably close to the main attractions, with public transport nearby if required. There are also shops nearby for groceries etc if required.
Overall, the apartment contributed greatly to a lovely stay in New Orleansâ

âWe stayed at this hotel for our anniversary and to go to a concert. The location was perfect for where we wanted to go and we were able to walk everywhere. Our room was great, the hotel restaurant was great, the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The one thing about the room that I have anything negative to say about is the pillows. For an upscale hotel, the pillows were terrible. We felt like we should have brought our pillows from home. Overall, a very nice stay.â

âThis hotel is awesome. The rooms are uniquely designed and comfortable. The library and bar are great for socializing. The bar service is wonderful. Iâve stayed at many New Orleans hotels the past 25 years and this is now one of my favorites. â

âWonderful hotel and staff. The rooms are beautiful, the beds are comfortable, and the location is perfect. The only drawback is that its located next to train tracks where there are active trains (that blow their horns!)â

âThe staff was very cordial, very helpful when I asked about getting a hairdresser nearby. The check in staff took the initiative to look for one online and I was able to get an appointment shortly afterwards. I would have liked for there to be a closer smoking section outside the hotel room. Would recommend for convenience. â

"Super mysigt hotel med frÀscha nya rum. OBS dyr parkering som inte ingÄr (om man har bil).
Vi kollade aldrig in lilla poolen pÄ insidan. Hotellet Àr super nÀra bourbon street och det mesta som Cafe du Monde etc. Vi var nöjda! "

"Great and nice security people.
Bad cleaning 3 out of 4 days (towels looked dirty, half made bed, old plastic cup left on table etc). Tried to tip extra to get better cleaning, but no. When we did not tip, the cleaning was good, so probably we tipped wrong person.
Tried breakfast in the bar, but waiting time was long and the serving was stopped in the kitchen at the same time we got to order.
Interior in public areas are beautiful. Pool area nice, but really cold water. Good location. "

"A rather cheap hotel and the standard was not more than you could expect. The ice machine on our floor was broken the entire week. Our dresser was missing a handle and there was black mould in the shower. To mention a couple of âlet downsâ.
Most of the women in the reception were helpful when we had any questions.
The breakfast was very typically American hotel breakfast at least from a European perspective. Some mornings certain things were missing when we got there and almost never did they bring out more.
The hotel had daily cleaning of the room but it was not much they did. The floor was really dirty the entire week. Iâm not sure if the changed the sheets even once in the week we stayed there. At least they swapped the towels, made the bed and refilled the coffee.
The location was good. It was close to the WWII museum, the Riverwalk and the cruise terminal and we got some nice excercis walking to the French Quarter. đ
Overall I would say it was an okay stay but absolutely nothing over the ordinary. "
