The most fun vacation
We didn't even get time to do half of the things that this home has to offer. We had every age from 18 months up to 72 years old and everyone was entertained and sad to leave when it was all over. This home had even more to offer than it stated online. We could not have been happier with our stay.

This is a great house for a crowd.
The house has a nice large kitchen with enough seating at tables for a large crowd. The spaces are well broken up so it felt like we were together but our large group didn't feel crowded. Beds were comfortable. The bunk room really wouldn't work for adults but great for kids. Lots to do including hidden tunnels to explore. Every age group had lots of fun things to do. The wheelchair lift wasn't something we expected to use but it was a lifesaver when we had someone with a broken ankle. The house had everything that you would ever need. Best stocked house we have rented. We hope to come again!

Awesome for a family reunion
Amazing house for a family reunion. We had 32 in the house and still had rooms that were hardly used. The tunnels in between the play spaces are so much fun, even for adults. The outdoor space was also amazing. Even with a few rainy days during our trip we had a blast and can’t wait to come back!

Great place, great stay
We had 30 people for a family reunion…and half were our grandchildren. We were snowed in for 3 days but with all of the large spaces, hidden passages, slides, play rooms, pool table, etc. the kids were excited and didn’t miss going outside. The adults had plenty of space and no one felt like we were bumping into each other in a small house. Being snowed in we didn’t get to use the outside spaces, but did see wildlife like foxes, hawks, eagles, and moose around the house. We may need to come back when the weather is warmer.

Incredible
It's the perfect spot for a family reunion. After we rented another property and had many issues, there were pretty strict requirements this time to find the perfect property. And this was it! Dave was fantastic to work with. Everything was clean and comfortable. TONS of activities. The house is well stocked of all items you would need. It really was a very great experience for us!!

🌟AMAZING REUNION LODGE🌟
What an AMAZING, wonderful Family Reunion/Golden Wedding Celebration we enjoyed at 3 Peaks Lodge! There were FUN activities for every age group. Kids, teens, adults were all entertained... Because there were SO MANY FUN things to do, It was challenging to squeeze in our Treasure Hunt and Talent Share Night. We loved it all and look forward to returning! We especially love that there are both indoor and outdoor activities and lots of room to mingle or spread out. It was also great that there is a grocery store closeby for things we needed or forgot. Yet the Lodge is very private, NOT near neighbors that we could disturb.... We all love this Reunion Lodge and are very excited to return!

Best VRBO ever!!!
This place was amazing!!!!! It had everything there to entertain any age. All sorts of imaginative toys, a cupboard full of games, coloring, sports, hot tub, stage, secret tunnels and slides, drift trikes, row boats and life jackets, fire pit with wood and camp chairs. They thought of everything!!! The kitchen and bathrooms are fully stocked as well. This place is perfect for making amazing memories and we're grateful we were able to do just that! 😍

Perfect for family time!
We had a great time with 14 grandchildren. Under the age of 12. The tunnels, slides and play areas made it fun to the kids and the adults. The listing needs to be corrected for check In time and check out time so there is no confusion. Piano needs to be repaired. The kitchen was wonderful with many extras .

Outstanding Family Reunion Venue
Clean and well maintained. Great kid and adult areas, inside and out. Kitchen very well stocked. Handicap accessible. We forgot a shower chair so called to see if they had one. They didn’t but had one to us before evening. Kids had a total ball all the time with so much to do and explore inside and out. Large grassy area for outdoor events to include soccer, softball or football. Thank you so much!

Family Gathering
A great place for our family gathering bringing us together from the four corners. Our weekend was mostly rainy but the space was comfortable even for our crew of 19 adults and 14 children. We enjoyed a comfortable afternoon drive and easy hike to Mesa Falls- absolutely spectacular and well worth! The kitchen was very well stocked and wasn’t anything missing for all our home cooked meals. The outside yard is well maintained, a beautiful place to relax and so much provided to keep young and old from getting bored. The only negative we experienced was the host was a little slow in communication. No response when receiving our reservation 7 months before our stay, took a couple days to respond when I had messaged about a few questions on the place before our arrival. And while we totally understand that things break and need maintenance we were a little unsure what was going on when a service man was there upon our check-in at 4 PM and there until after 9 PM that evening and then showing up again the next day to work and so had to contact host to see what was going on. We would stay again though and would recommend to others just a little insight on our experience!

The BEST Family Reunion!

A spacious and magical getaway
We found and rented this property as a place for our family to stay and gather while we attended the BYU-I graduation. It was spacious, had everything we needed… and then some. The hosts clearly know how to make things comfortable. And our adult children loved the tunnels and hiding places! I would recommend this place to anyone😎❤️

Perfect reunion place to gather.
While the outdoor air quality was extremely poor, due to fires from neighboring states, this property had enough inside activities to keep us busy for days. We enjoyed all the amenities this property has to offer. A great place to make great memories.

Perfect Getaway
Just like other reviewers said, it's better than it looks in the pictures. My husband and I stayed in the main floor bedroom and early in the morning, we heard the scurrying of little feet in the walls. Our grandkids were up and playing in the secret passages and slides. :)

All the kid cousins were excited to stay here when they pored over the pictures of the house. When we arrived, we discovered that it was even better in person. There were fun things for every of every age. We loved all of the space and privacy to just be together as an extended family. Not only would we recommend this place, we would love to come back!

Great Family Reunion Venue
This was the second time our family has stayed at Three Peaks Lodge. It was wonderful to be all together again after a social distanced year and a half apart. The kids love this house, they played so hard without screen time for days. The home is well set up for large groups like ours. The kitchen has all the things you need to cook awesome food. We even made 125 cream puffs from scratch which was a fun and delicious.

Fantastic venue for multiple families
First...GREAT kitchen! Lots of room and well stocked with tons of cooking pans, dishes for 60, and a commercial range. There is even an entire drawer full of knives. The beds were comfortable and the numerous bathrooms were plentiful for everyone. We never ran out of hot water. The house has lots of seating areas and nooks that allowed us to spread out. The wood burning stove was a wonderful feature that we used every night. We didn’t have young children in our group, but that didn’t keep us from enjoying the secret passages, slides and other kid friendly features in the house. There is plenty of parking and the location is easy to find. The driveway was plowed and sidewalks cleared of snow. The owner is quick with responses and very helpful. I would highly recommend this property. It is well taken care of and family friendly. We will be back!,

Unbelievably FUN house!
Words fail in describing how PERFECT this home is for a family reunion with people of all ages. Our group included 26 people ranging in age from 18 months to senior citizens. The play areas kept the kids entertained all week. The secret passages between walls are amazing! So clever and creative to have built such a home! There is ample room for everyone and fun activities for all age ranges. The kitchen is well suited for large groups, with a very large refrigerator, a separate chest freezer, a large stove and a huge island for serving large groups. The property is private and quiet. No worries about traffic. We hold annual reunions and I can't imagine we'll ever top this home for built in fun. I'm sure the kids will remember this vacation forever.

Phenomenal stay. Best. House. Ever.
This house was our kids’ dream come true. They played and played and played. Even our 13 year old got totally into the fun. Whether it was pretend play upstairs in “three peaks cafe”, sliding from one floor to the next, climbing through secret passageways, plying food ball and air hockey, dancing on a strobe lit stage, playing ping pong and pool, shooting hoops and racing around on wheeled toys for all ages, and more hidden slides, the kids didn’t want to leave the house. But when they did, oh my, the grounds! We canoed down the secret passage connecting two ponds, we chased dragonflies, we lounged in the hammock, we roasted s’mores, we played horseshoes, we played on the swings, we explored the 100 acre property and chased ladybugs and crickets. I honestly don’t have enough positive things to say about this home other than WE CAN’T WAIT TO RETURN. Oh and the property owner was seriously the nicest guy and made everything so easy for us. Thank you for everything!!!!

Best family reunion house - kid heaven!!!
The pictures honestly don’t do it justice. The house is beautiful, clean, well-organized, stocked with everything we needed for our reunion of 39 people. We loved all the dining space, kitchen with commercial-sized refrigerator plus deep freeze, neat bedrooms and bathrooms, etc. PLUS all the fun details for the kids! Our kids were absolutely in heaven with the secret passageways, slides, gym, stage, playground, pond, etc. Plenty of room outside for volleyball, kickball, relay races, etc. We are marking down this listing as one to definitely return to someday.

Wonderful!!!
This was the absolute best choice for a family reunion stay with a large family (about 28 adults & 30 kids) and with many children. So much space!! We didn’t feel crowded at all. The kids were entertained by the house alone. The slides and secret passageways were so much fun the adult even used them. There is also small Grocery store just down the street, so convenient. Bear world is 20 Minutes away and worth going to. Yellowstone just over an hour away was an easy drive. There enough to do on this property you could stay here the whole time and be happy.

Amazing Family Reunion Home
The pictures just don’t do this home justice. It’s amazing, relaxing, beautiful and it has everything you need for a family reunion. The double ovens, extra wide fridge and seating were so great for our large family. Bedrooms and baths all clean and in great condition. And the view.... so pretty. Tons to do indoors and outdoors. Awesome place. Super clean too.
We loved our stay here. The property is so private and well kept. There was so much to do at the house and property. We didn't even leave the place to go see any sights. We had so much fun on the water in the canoes and had good stories around the campfire. So much fun playing volleyball and kickball and basketball and much more. We would love to come and stay again. The property is perfect for young families
We were very pleased with the home and all the accommodations. Our grandchildren loved the play areas, slides, building blocks, play café, Harry Potter room and secret passages. The kitchen area was great for preparing large meals and seating everyone. I would recommend this to any family with a lot of young children.
