Welcome to our ML Brand Rental House!
We are glad you have chosen to spend your time in our Fremont County area. We are located only 3 miles from both the big and small sand dunes! We hope you find this information helpful in enjoying your vacation. If you have questions, give us a call!

The ML Brand Rental House -
• The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 king-sized beds, 2 double beds, and 2 twins. The house can sleep 12 very comfortably.
• TVs are in the bedrooms with king-sized mattresses as well as the family room and theatre room.
• There are 2 bathrooms, one bathroom has a shower, tub, toilet, and 2 sinks. The other has a shower, sink, and toilet.
• The attached heated 2 car garage is available for your use. It has a hot/cold water faucet, automatic doors, pet door, adequate lighting, and plenty of space for storage.
• There is a shower in the garage.
• Laundry room with washer and dryer.
• The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and stove top.
• There is a large sunroom/ theatre room with blankets in the dresser.
• There is a large family room with a gas fireplace.
• Downstairs is a large game room with 1 bedroom.
• There is a covered front porch with a large patio in the back that has a gas grill, propane firepit, and furniture.
• The backyard has a swing set and plenty of room for running and yard games.

What is provided in the home –
•There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Detergent and dryer sheets are provided under the sink near the sink. Iron board and iron.
• The kitchen has a dishwasher (with detergent under the kitchen sink). There are various other cleaning supplies under the kitchen sink.
•The kitchen is furnished with 1 refrigerator/freezer, a 5 burner cook stove, microwave, oven with warming oven above, and a dishwasher.
•The kitchen has plenty of silverware, plates, glasses, etc. For cooking there are pots and pans, cookie sheets, cake pans, casserole dishes, measuring cups, mixing bowls, various kitchen utensils, spices (including salt and pepper).
• There is a crock pot, electric griddle, electric frying pan, coffee maker, hand mixer, popcorn popper, sandwich grill, and two 4-slot toasters.
• There are dish towels and hot pads.
•There are various phone chargers throughout the home.
•Bedrooms have sheets, pillows, and blankets for all beds.
•Extra blankets are in each closet.
•A baby gate and booster chair are in the entry way closet. A porta crib is provided upon request.
• Bathrooms have towels, washcloths, etc.
•There are blow dryers in each bathroom.
•Toilet paper and liquid hand soap are provided.
•There are cleaning products under each sink if needed. There are also toilet plungers and a waste basket for feminine products and diapers.
•There are trash bags, paper towels, aluminum foil, Ziploc bags, plastic wrap, etc.
•There is a broom, dustpan, dust mop, floor mop, and bucket.
• There are garbage cans in the garage.
•The garage has hot/cold water with a drain.
•There are games on the fireplace in the basement along with a foosball and ping pong table. There is a dart board with darts included.
•There is a game table downstairs for board/card games or puzzles.
•There is a gas grill on the outside deck. Propane is provided.
•Fire extinguishers are labeled on each floor.
•There is an air conditioner unit.
• 3 bikes are included.
 
Adventures Await You!
Southeastern Idaho is such a beautiful area. Read included in the binder some of the history of this area. We are within a few hours’ drive to Idaho Falls, Jackson Hole, Wyoming, Sun Valley, and West Yellowstone Montana. There is so much to see and do in Fremont County; you may not want to leave!
· Island Park Reservoir: North about 30 miles.
· Henry’s Lake: North about 50 miles.
· Lower and Mesa Falls on Scenic Route Highway 47 East of Ashton.
· Harriman State Park: North about 20 miles.
· Johnny Sack Cabin at Big Springs: North and East of Mack’s Inn about 10 miles.
