Första våningen erbjuder problemfri bo utan trapp för barn, husdjur eller de som har problem att gå. Var på stranden på en minut !. Fullt utrustad utrustning i köket om du väljer att äta i. Andelslägenhet har uppvärmd pool, duschar för husdjur och människor, grilla uteplats utanför poolen, tvättstuga och iscentra. Idéplats, en halv mil söder om 206 bron. Husdjur tillåtna på stranden. Trottoaren täcker ön så att du kan gå och springa nästan var som helst. Restauranger och butiker ligger inom gångavstånd. The place was exactly as advertised. We enjoyed sitting outside in the evenings with our wine. Next time we would bring our dog Riley. The entire area including condo complex and beach are very dog friendly.

The condo has everything you need. Very convenient to the pool and beach access. It is quite small, so much better for just a couple. Great view of the beach. It was very convenient to anything in St. Augustine including the outlet mall. It is an older place, so keep that in mind. It was very quiet, no disruptions of others staying there and plenty of parking.

This place has a lot of potential and the location was fantastic. The views were amazing, and we really enjoyed the area. That said, the property could use a little extra care and maintenance. Some of the outdoor chairs were in rough shape, and the curtains in the main living room were barely hanging on. The bedroom could also really benefit from blackout curtains, as the parking lot lights made it feel almost like daylight at night. Overall, it’s a great spot with incredible views, but it just needs some attention to detail to make it truly comfortable.

Perfect for the wife an i. Great view of the beach amazing sunrise. Right next to the pool and beach gate good parking. Comfortable bed. Couldnt have asked for a better stay! Definitely will be staying here again

We enjoyed our stay. The room did smell of pet, so if you are traveling with a pet this is great, if youre not then your items may smell like pet. The couch was the smellest part. Location great! Pool was wonderful! Hot water only worked for the first few minutes of each shower or bath, so plan accordingly if multiple people need to use it. Great Location close to downtwon saint augustine, its about a 30 minute drive.

Host was welcoming. Pool and beach access were nice. Unit was showing age. Refrigerator was rusty, living room curtain rod was falling down. Minimal kitchen pots/utensils available. Couch was very dirty. Door lock was a total nightmare to function.

Family Get Away

We had a wonderful time at Crescent Beach in this convenient ground floor unit facing the beach ! The bed was super comfortable and the whole experience will make us book again next year! The host was absolutely top notch !

Location was good for our needs. We only slept there for our three nights. Mainly liked having a king size bed. But the whole place is very small. It was clean enough and had the necessities, but we felt cramped. It would be helped with a bit more care in some of the cosmetics like a blackout curtain for the bedroom and some minimal fixes. It just wasn’t what we had hoped for, but if you’re looking for beach access this is a good selection.

The place was in very good shape and very clean. Access worked fine. The beach is beautiful and the property is very dog friendly, as is the beach. Would stay here again.

Perfect Getaway

Had a wonderful time in this adorable ground floor unit . Great communication with the owner and just some incredible beach days with my husband and 2 pups. The bed was super comfortable ! Will definitely plan to return and visit again . Thank you so much for a wonderful get away !
