Upplev kustnära bo på Casa Costera, ett charmigt renoverat vintage vintagehem hem från 1948 med en privat pool och roligt solterrass med grill och gräsmatta stolar idealiskt beläget nära stränderna, kvarter från det historiska distriktet och en kort promenad till Conch House Restaurant and Marina .

De tre sovrum / två badrum hem erbjuder en ljus och rymlig interiör med originalt trägolv och keramiska plattor i köket.

Fullt renoverat kök och badkar, sover hemmet sex. Kungssängkläder tillhandahålls i befälhavaren med badrum i badrummet, drottning och tvåbäddsrum tillhandahålls i rum med separat hallbad. Platt-TV: s w / DVD-spelare och kabel. I hemmet ingår också ett bilgarage och gott om parkering för din husbil eller båt.

Casa Costera erbjuder något för alla. Hemmet ligger mindre än en mil från historiska centrum, 1/2 miles från stranden. Du kan hoppa på cyklar (din eller hyra) och åka till Amfiteatern, Alligator Farm, Surf Shop, Miniature Golf och ett sortiment av restauranger. Anastasia Island är en av kustens bäst bevarade hemligheter. Fiske charter ligger vid Conch House tvärs över gatan eller promenera kullerstensgatorna i den gamla staden, besöka Fortet, åka vagnen eller ta in den lokala konstnären. Rooms were pretty clean Our complaint was that the pictures on the listing showed very bright light rooms. The kitchen was very dark. The master bathroom was very small and outdated. It was hard to curl my hair with the only one outlet. All the doors creaked and so did my bedroom frame, which was the king size room. Can opener was rusty and old they could have updated that. Coffee maker is old and every time I made 12 cups, only 10 cups of coffee came out and it took about 15 to 18 minutes to brew. Otherwise pretty good location only a mile walk to the historic downtown The good part about it was the conch was across the street which we loved using their restaurant and bar area. The house should have a barbecue for people who love to eat barbecued food. Overall, everything was pretty old except the one bathroom which was updated. Everything looks like it was bought at a garage sale.

The privacy of the pool gets the gold star!! When you reach a certain age, screaming kids just aren't appealing LOL. This cute bungalow was perfect for us to unwind for a week. The centralized location also gets a gold star! You're 5 minutes from downtown one way and 5 minutes from the beach the other way. Being able to walk across the street to The Conch House for a meal and drinks is a plus but the downside of that is traffic and the live music at times. But by bedtime it was better. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

I rented this place to celebrate my mom’s birthday. The property is so nice and a great size. Love the beach vibes it gives and it’s super clean. The pool was amazing, lots of space in the pool area. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. Also, it’s so close to downtown; literally a 5-7 min drive, which is perfect to Uber since the parking isn’t that great downtown. I loved it here and would absolutely book again. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Great location and amenities

This was the perfect house for a long weekend. We were able to bike to the local amphitheater for a show and had a plenty of food options near by. Additionally, we brought our boat and used it for a day to see some local sites from the water. Finally, the house was well furnished with comfortable beds and a well-maintained pool. We'd definitely go back!

The location was fantastic. Parking was much better than expected. The biggest concern is the dishwasher and kitchen in need of repair. There was a lot of rust in the dishwasher.

Great stay

Excellent Location

Our family had off shore fishing trips planned all weekend, being walking distance to the marina was exactly what we wanted. The pool offered a relaxing afternoon/evening after being out fishing all day. The Home was clean and had beyond our expectations of kitchen cookware available. We will definately book this Home again in the Future

Cute Historic House

The house is located in an area close to dining, the property is well kept Pool is older but fine to take a dip in. Had we stayed a day or two longer we would have had to go buy papergoods, as only one roll of TP per bathroom was provided. There was a white travel van that was parked in front of the property the entire stay and it freaked my kids out a little. Overall a great stay.

Horrible Property Manager!

We arrived at the home to pee covered towels under the carpeting, feces on the side of one of the toilets and a dishwasher that smelled so bad it was unusable. Regardless of all that, we were just thrilled to be on vacation and planned to overlook the cleaning issues. Then on our 3rd night at the property, the AC stopped working. We informed the property manager right away but a whole second day went by with no air conditioning. When my husband asked why they had not been out to fix the issue, we were told that the only 24 hour company was unavailable. When he responded with other companies that did provide 24 hour service, the property manager responded with "oh, I guess you did your research." They proceeded to bring us portable units that smelled horrible and leaked all over the floors. The reduced the temperature to a cool 82 degrees and were so loud we couldn't even watch a movie. On day 3, still no AC, we spoke with Dave. I was extremely disappointed in his disposition and lack of urgency for our situation. At one point he said "It's not that bad!" At this point the temperature in the house was 84 degrees and we had lost a full day of our once per year vacation dealing with these issues. Dave proceeded to tell us we could either leave and find another house or wait and receive credit for one day. We decided to leave and were told we would need to vacate by 5pm to receive credit for our stay. Horrible treatment for a family just trying to enjoy their vacation.

Great location!

We had a wonderful stay over Memorial Day weekend! We walked to a nice dinner at Conch House and walked to Juicy for some fantastic healthy breakfast bowls! Spent a day in the ancient city as well as Anastasia Island. The Saturday farmers market at the amphitheater was fun too. The house was very cute and comfortable and had everything we needed. We spent our last day lounging by the pool. Over all, a great experience!

Perfect Stay

The top attribute I need to mention about this property is the cleanliness. It was absolutely spotless inside and out. Very evident the owner's use the property themselves and care about it. The location was excellent, the kitchen was well-appointed, and we all loved the pool. Would definitely recommend.

Great Location, but needs TLC

This house was really cute and the location is very convenient, however there is no walkable beach nearby. It is a short drive to the beach and also to downtown historic St. Augustine. The kitchen is very well stocked, probably the best of any vacation rentals we’ve stayed at. The property management company called while we were on our way to ensure we had the check in code, etc and were very attentive. That being said, I couldn’t give this a 5 star rating because the house and the pool definitely need some TLC, especially the AC. The pool needs to be resurfaced, there are huge chunks of the floor missing and it’s rough. The AC also needs desperate help. I’m a born and raised Floridian so I’m used to the FL heat, but the AC is either very old and needs to be updated or is not big enough for the house. I’m sure it’s fine during the winter time, but in the middle of summer it was rough. And we kept the blinds closed and were out of the house most of the day so there is no reason for the AC not to cool properly if it is up to date. Again, the house is very cute, very well stocked but the pool & AC need help soon!

Filthy roach/bed beetles invested & hot as hell

It was horrible. It was filthy. It was roach & bed bug or bettles of some sort in single bed on left under sheet and mattress protector. Nest infestation of those located by my 12 yo granddaughter. Roaches on my Mellow Mushroom pizza when I returned to the kitchen for another slice 🤮 I sent pictures in previous email. She also found an ironing board that fell out of the wall and made a goose egg on her forehead. A smaller child could have been injured worse. The air conditioning unit is not adequate for the house. It was hot as hell inside. I was exhausted from waking up in a puddle of sweat multiple times a night so we left Wednesday a day early. Gladly. I will never rent another property from Sunshine realty. I have never had such a horrible experience. And did I mention the place is visibly filthy and stunk. Gross. I do NOT recommend. Family vacation

Beautiful property, great location! Enjoyed the private pool and we were 5 minutes from the beach! So close to everything in St. Augustine. House was very clean and had everything we needed and then some. We will definitely be back!
