Charmig lägenhet gångavstånd till allt som downtown St Augustine har att erbjuda. Vi har nyligen byggt detta ett sovrum, ett badrum, 500 SF lägenhet över vårt nya garage för att rymma gäster i sin egen privata miljö. Denna fastighet ligger en kort promenad till både Uptown och Downtown St Augustine attraktioner. Det finns många restauranger bara en kort promenad bort, inklusive Le Pavillon, Raintree, Juniper Market, Borillo s pizza, Luli s cupcakes och Mojos BBQ för att bara nämna några.
Denna fastighet har en king size-säng, 12 fottak, takfläktar, centralvärme och luft, oändligt varmt vatten vid behov, 2 stora skärmsladdade TV-apparater och höghastighets WIFI (nedladdningshastighet över 150 Mbps).
Njut av din egen privata entré till denna övervåningen lägenhet med reserverad, parkering på platsen. Den här egenskapen har ingen kabel-TV. De smarta TV-apparaterna har antennmottagning som ger en hög def-bild och tar emot alla större nätverk. Netflix tillhandahålls också.

Fabulous Rental!

My daughter and I stayed in the Uptown Shack. It was so nice and clean! It was beautifully decorated! The bed was very comfortable. Our host, Melody, sent clear instructions and directions. She greeted us when we arrived. She also made homemade cookies for us and left us some of their local honey. There were snacks and drinks available to us in the rental. It was walkable to all of the things we wanted to do in St. Augustine. We loved this rental and would definitely stay again!!

Absolutely Perfect!!

As an experienced traveler, I can honestly say this is one of my top 3 places I’ve stayed in. Great Place

We loved the condo. It was very clean and the local was close enough to walk to historic areas. The only thing we didn’t care for was the scented products in the condo. We both have allergies and we didn’t react well to the perfume smell.
