Four bedrooms and three full bathrooms comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests - ideal for families or groups traveling together. The home includes a bathtub, hair dryer, bed linens, and towels for a complete stay.

**Special Notice: Due to continuing beach erosion, St. Johns County is working to replenish the beaches in the area. As a result, neighborhood beach access has been closed. There is public beach access with parking on the north side of the Matanzas Inlet.
