Perched on the east side of A1A in the quiet island community of Summer Haven, Aqua Vista is a spacious beach house retreat designed for families and groups seeking a relaxed coastal escape along Florida's Historic Coast - just 20 minutes south of St. Augustine. With room for up to 10 guests across four bedrooms and three full baths, this home delivers the space and comfort your group needs to truly settle in. Sorry, No pets.

The space
Inside, the open layout flows effortlessly between the living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating a natural gathering place for the whole group. The living room centers around a flat-screen streaming TV and comfortable seating, while the dining table offers ample room for group meals and evening gatherings. A dedicated workspace is also available for those who need to stay connected.

Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is well-equipped for home-cooked meals, featuring a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all the cooking basics and dishes your group will need. Whether you're feeding a crowd at breakfast or winding down with a casual dinner, the kitchen has you covered.

Sleeping arrangements
Four bedrooms comfortably sleep up to 10 guests across five beds. Each room is outfitted with bed linens, and the home includes hangers and an iron for added convenience.

Bathrooms
Three full bathrooms include a bathtub and hair dryer. Towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper are provided. Please note shampoo is not supplied - guests should bring their own.

Outdoor & extras
Step outside to the patio or balcony and take in the fresh coastal air. A BBQ grill rounds out the outdoor setup, perfect for evening cookouts after a day at the beach. Free driveway parking for two vehicles is available on the premises, and self check-in via keypad makes arrival effortless.

In-home comforts
Central air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating keep the home comfortable year-round. A washer and dryer are in-unit for longer stays. Home safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. The home also offers a private entrance and high-speed WiFi throughout.

Location
Aqua Vista sits in the peaceful community of Summer Haven on the east side of A1A, approximately half a mile from the beach - an easy walk or quick drive to the shore. Within 30 minutes, you'll find Marineland, Fort Matanzas National Monument, and the historic streets of downtown St. Augustine. The nearby Matanzas Inlet is also a well-known fishing destination worth exploring.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.

**Special Notice: Due to continuing beach erosion, St. Johns County is working to replenish the beaches in the area. As a result, neighborhood beach access has been closed. There is public beach access with parking on the north side of the Matanzas Inlet.
