Unit A – The Heart of the Home
Step into a light-filled 2-bedroom, 1-bath home featuring a fully equipped kitchen, open living and dining area, and a sleeper sofa*for extra guests. Coastal charm flows through every corner, creating a warm and relaxing space to gather, cook, and unwind.

Unit B – The Cozy Escape
Connected but private, this charming studio suite offers a plush king bed, a full bathroom, and a well-stocked kitchenette with an air fryer, toaster, microwave, and K-Cup coffee maker. Perfect for those who want a bit of space to themselves while staying close to the group.

Shared Outdoor Oasis

House Rules:

Minimum booking age: 21.

Maximum number of Guests: 8

No smoking.

No Parties.

There is a fine for breaking our house rules.

We have a $500 security deposit hold for all bookings.

Please be advised that parking on the grass is not permitted. To help maintain the property.


POOL RULES:

- No life guard on duty swim at your own risk.

- No diving.

- No running.

-No food or glassware in pool or on pool deck.

-No rough play.

- Please pay close attention to your children. Children under the age of 14 shall not use the pool without a parent or Adult guardian in attendance.

- Only 1 person on the ladder at a time.

- We have the pool cleaned once a week.

- If pool needs to be cleaned again during your stay, guests will be responsible for cost.

- We provide a skimmer so guests can remove leaves.

- Pool hours 8am - 9pm.

Swim at your own risk, No exceptions!

Failure to adhere to these rules will result in a fine.

Rules for pets:
-All pets must remain on the leash at all times when outside.
-Your fur baby is not to be left in the house unattended.
-We ask that pets stay off our furniture, but in the event this can't be avoided, please bring a blanket for your fur baby to use.
-It is imperative that only house trained dogs be brought and owners clean up after them. There are poop bags located under the kitchen sink.

Please note that we have a pet fee of $80, and failure to adhere to these rules will result in a fine.
