Smoking and drug use are not allowed inside the unit, on the balcony, or in the hallways of the building. This includes vapes, weed, or other illegal substances. A $1,000 fine will apply if discovered.
No Parties or Loud Music
Parties, including loud music, are strictly prohibited. A $1,000 fee will apply if a party is discovered or if we receive a noise complaint from neighbors. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Pets
Pets must be disclosed and approved in advance. There is a one-time fee of $300 per pet per stay (maximum of 2 pets, cats/dogs only). If undisclosed pets are discovered after check-in, the fee doubles.
Lost or Damaged Items
Lost, missing, or damaged keys, fobs, or parking permits will incur a $100 replacement cost each.

Property Inspection
Please inspect the property upon check-in and report any issues promptly. We take pride in cleanliness, so notifying us of missing, stained, or broken items is crucial. If anything is missing after check-out, a $100 replacement penalty will apply.
Pets
Pets must be disclosed and approved in advance. There is a one-time fee of $300 per pet per stay (maximum of 2 pets, cats/dogs only). If undisclosed pets are discovered after check-in, the fee doubles.
Excessive Mess
If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, additional cleaning fees may apply on top of the standard cleaning fee. Cleaners may charge extra for excessive dirt, stains, or spills requiring specialized cleaning.

• Standard check-in: 3:00 PM

Late Check-out

• Must be requested before the check-in day and is subject to
availability.
• A $20 per hour fee applies for early check-in.
Inventory
• All items in the rental are carefully inventoried.
• Guests are responsible for any missing or damaged items
during their stay.
Mid-Stay Cleaning
For reservations longer than 28 nights, an optional mid-stay cleaning is available for $100 upon request to maintain comfort and freshness.
Security Cameras
• There are security cameras at the door entrance, side
entrance, and pool for your safety.
• Blocking or disconnecting cameras will result in immediate
termination of your stay with no refund.
Pool Maintenance
• The pool may require maintenance or cleaning without prior
notice.
• This will not be considered a valid reason for a refund.
Cleaning Issues
• Any cleaning concerns must be reported within 72 hours of
check-in for prompt resolution.
• After this time, we may not be responsible, but we are happy
to assist where possible.
Mail & Packages
• Mail or packages cannot be sent directly to the property.
• Guests may send luggage or small deliveries to the property
door or a nearby FedEx/UPS location.
• We are not responsible for lost packages.
Respectful Behavior
• Mutual respect and courteous communication are expected
at all times.
• Offensive or disrespectful behavior toward our staff may
result in reservation cancellation without a refund.
Identity Verification
• You are booking with a valid government-issued ID.
• Fraud or identity theft will not be tolerated.
