Denna svit på fjärde våningen är full av Florida Sunshine. Denna lägenhet är ett perfekt läge på översta våningen och är bekvämt beläget nära hissen i den norra delen av vår havsbyggnad. Lägenheten är glad i gult. Det finns en ny bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet och en röd klubbstol. Njut av den stora platt-TV. Köket är utrustat med en fyra brännare spis med ugn och alla standard kök bekvämligheter. Badrummet uppdaterades med ett nytt badkar, fåfänga och extra lagringsutrymme för linne. Det privata sovrummet är kaklat och har en bekväm Queen-madrass med Serta och en 26 "platt-TV. Denna lägenhet är glad och bekväm och kan bara vara din favorit reträtt på stranden. Nice condo on the beach

Nice little condo on an awesome beach. Great view from our room and especially the outside patio. Room was clean and had everything we needed.

The only negative comment I have is that the hot water flow is throttled down so much thats it's hard to get a good shower. We managed anyway. We are repeat customers and plan to come back every chance we get.

This property is older and needs some updating. The unit itself was adequate for a short stay. The staff was friendly. The price point seemed a little high when you can stay in a brand new property for less. The beach and ocean view were great.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Only complaint was the shower. Tub surface was very slippery, no grab bars, water temp was prone to going from pleasantly warm to lobster scalding hot without warning. Easy solutions - provide a bath mat, install grab bar, turn down the water heater. All in all, would return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Beacher's before, and have always loved it! The beach location is perfect for enjoying the views day and night, and the boardwalk offers easy access to the beach for walks and other recreation. Parking was fine, and it was helpful to have carts available for taking our belongings up to our condo via ramp and elevator. We were very happy with our rented condo- a little bit shopworn, but well arranged, stocked with basic appliances and amenities. Very comfortable, well maintained and clean when we arrived. Office staff are outstanding- so helpful and patient with questions! We did not use the pool, but it is beautiful, and many guests enjoyed it during our stay. We will come back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was perfect. Every morning, we watched the sun come up over the ocean and then took a long walk on the beach. There's a great seafood market not far down the road, and we made delicious meals, starring flounder, crab cakes, and sea scallops. I do wish there were recycling bins for bottles and cans.
