This property was great from the day we reserved it. The owners and property manager were prompt in their responses. The house was lovely, accommodating, perfect for our needs. This property made my dad's 82nd birthday celebration extremely special for our family. Not only was the home and its decor spacious and stunning (exceeding the lovely pictures online), the hosts and property manager were incredibly accommodating. The location could not have been better, as it is right between the beach and historic downtown St. Augustine. It was one of our favorite stays ever. :)

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, spacious, and had so many amenities and extra supplies that made our trip easy and comfortable. The beds were very cozy, and the location was perfect—close to downtown but still quiet and relaxing. The hosts were professional and kind, even when my daughter accidentally broke a lamp. Everything was handled smoothly and with understanding. We would absolutely love to come back and stay again if they’ll have us!

CLEAN, CUTE, and CONVENIENT!

This place was everything we needed! It was super clean, so cute (i took some ideas home to do at my house), and close to Downtown. Even when we found out the propane tanks were empty, I contacted the host and they were very accommodating! We would absolutely stay here again!

Wow! This home was beautiful and comfy! Best sleeping beds our adult family has ever slept on. We all joked that we were getting new mattresses when we got home. Quiet neighborhood. Great host, with quick and easy communication. The house was stocked with several convenient items. Such a great location to downtown. I highly recommend this place!

Great Stay

I have stayed in many vacation rentals and this was by far the best house I have ever rented. It was very well remodeled and the decor was amazing. This house had everything we needed and then some. It truly felt like a home away from home. Next time I’m in St. Augustine I definitely hope to be able to rent this house again.

40th Birthday

Our son's 40th birthday celebration was held in St. Augustine, and we needed a "home away from home" for the weekend. The Cottage Over the Bridge was perfect. When you walk in, there is a beauty and comfort that I have not seen in other rentals. The owners paid such attention to detail, in the layout, decor and amenities. It was a pleasure to stay in this lovely home.

Chill vibes near the heart of St. Augustine

We had a great experience at the cottage over the bridge! It’s a beautifully designed property stocked with all the comforts of home. The owners did a great job making sure everything within the house was functional and easy to find. LOVED the decor of the house and how clean and organized everything was.
