Enjoy a relaxing escape in "Island Palms Retreat," a beautifully furnished and updated condo nestled in a lazy beachside complex, just a few steps from the pool and boardwalk to the beach. and a few miles from numerous St. Augustine attractions! Take in the fresh salty air mornings and afternoons on two patios among manicured landscaping. Step out to the community pool which is adjacent to a gorgeous beach boardwalk with magnificent views overlooking the ocean, and taking you right down to the sand where you will enjoy family-time playing in the waves, building sand castles, or just soaking in the sun! Living spaces and the bedrooms have been thoughtfully updated with a fun island vibe. Island Palms Retreat is a first floor unit, making it easy to come and go. A shady, reserved parking space is located convenient to the unit. Additional parking is available just a short walk away in the front of the complex. Cook dinner "at home" in the updated kitchen outfitted with cooking and serving supplies. The living and dining area is perfect for relaxing together, playing games, or watching a movie. Step out onto the balcony from the living room or the master bedroom for a cup of coffee in the mornings, or a glass of wine in the evenings. Sleep well in the Master bedroom with King sized bed and ensuite bathroom. or the second bedroom which is furnished with two twin XL beds, perfect for the kids or two adults. Bedrooms are outfitted with fresh, crisp linens, and the bathrooms with soft, white towels.

25 year age requirement to book and stay: Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved dates.
Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee.
No smoking or vaping on the property. $500 fine for rule violation.
