A week away

The property was clean and perfect in every way, except that I picked the place specifically for the outside hot tub. Once checked in I learned that the exterior pool and hot tub were only open from 9am to dusk.

Great location for families

Unit was in a great location- especially for families with young children. Located on 1st floor near pool and boardwalk. There were not many start up supplies, but I placed an insta cart order and picked up what I needed at Publix 5 minutes away. No extra linens or beach towels, saw a couple roaches - but it is Florida:) Overall a great deal for the cost. Grocery carts and rolling carts available to help unload your things.

A Nee Favorite Condo

My husband and I love coming to St Augustine Beach and this time couldn’t get a place in our favorite condo. We decided to try Colony Reef Club - and it was great! First of all, check in is at the Welcome Center on site - so easy!! So nice to not have to go off site to get and return keys! And every unit has a beach view! The sunrises were incredible! And the beach access is really convenient for residents. They were, however, doing retailing and resurfacing of the pool area so that was unavailable to us. And the work was pretty loud as they worked long hours. This unit was nice because two of the rooms had king size beds (not easy to find). Also, there is a full sized dining table in this unit…not a small or cramped area. We really liked this unit and the whole condo complex.

Last 2 weeks of our 2022 snowbird trip

I give the resort location and amenities, and the condo location within the resort, 5+ stars. We were just steps away from the beach, pool, hot tub and gym, all of which are awesome. Our condo was adequately equipped; the furniture and beds were comfortable, the appliances worked well and it had all we needed in the way of kitchen supplies and utensils. Our only issues, both minor, were a nasty looking grill, replaced by the host several days after we arrived, and extremely loud bathroom fans that were somewhat useless in removing steam.

Snowbird trip

Office stay very helpful and responsive. Check in and out was easy. Very clean facilities, groomed grounds, beautiful outdoor pool space and new boardwalk to a gorgeous beach. Unit was fairly clean, somewhat dated but otherwise was very enjoyable. Had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

St Augustine Thanksgiving

It is not a bad vacation, enjoyed the area. The place was little small than I thought, little untidy otherwise it is ok. The kettle was not clean so have to buy a new one and toilet supply , just 2 rolls for the entire 4 nights.? Also found a cockroach in the bunk bed room, so please do some pest control. On the positive side. Nice location and close to beach access and enjoyed it thoroughly . I am not sure if I will recommend this to a party of 6 or more.

Break at the beach

The location of this property was wonderful. Being on the ground floor, corner unit gave us quick access to the pool and the beach. The gated condo community was great, I usually rent a private beach house and I was worried this would be too packed. In fact, it was great to be around a few other vacationing families. There was plenty of space outdoors so it never felt crowded just fun. My only not 100% amazing comment is specific to this condo and really just a clarification. The third bedroom , with 4 bunk beds, is really really small. There is barely room to stand and change clothes. It was fine for us, we had 2 teenagers and they were able to lay out their suitcases on the two unoccupied bunks. It was fine but really not super comfortable for whoever stays in that room. Beautiful location.

Convenient and relaxing

Great first floor unit, very convenient to pool and beach. We enjoyed our stay here and had a very relaxing time. However, we had difficulty in finding the things in the unit that were needed for a week's stay on vacation. No good selection of kitchen tools, no potholder in the unit, not even a 9 x 13 baking/casserole dish. The pots and pans that were in the unit are not very good quality. Very disappointing for the price that you pay to stay in a condominium for a week.

Family Getaway

This condo was perfect for our family. Nice and close to the beach and pool area. They had plenty of beach chairs and pool toys to borrow. Plenty of seating inside and out. Very clean and well maintained unit, with a full size washer and drier was an added bonus!

Great place for our family

My family and I really enjoyed this property! It was clearly well taken care of and fit our needs very well. The location was great, right by the pool and very close to the beach access point. We liked the complex and felt very safe there.
