Artsy 3BR / 2BA Totalt uppdaterat hem i stadsdelen Uptown i Historic District

Vår Downtown St. Augustine Guest House ligger i hjärtat av staden. Vi ligger i det historiska distriktet på en trädkantad, hemlig gata bara några minuters promenad till fantastiska restauranger, historiska platser, shopping på St. George Street och alla attraktioner. Francis Field, där de flesta festivaler hålls, är en 2-minuters promenad. Vi tycker att det är det perfekta stället att besöka och turnera i Gamla stan och sedan gå eller cykla tillbaka för att koppla av och ladda efter en tung turneringsdag. Vår inneslutna främre, sido- och bakgård har nu citron-, fikon- och orange fruktträd. Känner du dig som en BBQ? Vi har en ny gasgrill i vår privata trädgård och en BOSE-högtalare som kan gå med dig utanför.

Dina värdar har tänkt på allt eftersom de är erfarna 5-stjärniga värdar! Det ”nyare” hemmet kommer att dekoreras med Sticks-möbler, Shoestring Creations-huvudgavlar och skrivbord och Mackenzie Childs-dekor genomgående. Att samla in och visa lokal konst är en allvarlig hobby för båda värdarna. Sjöjungfruar, havshästar och havssköldpaddor är temat för denna toppsemesteruthyrning. Kom och bo hos oss och räkna hur många av varje vi har samlat in!

Vårt praktiska läge ligger precis vid San Marco Avenue, i Uptown-området i St. Augustine. Den tredje lördagen i varje månad har Uptown-området en Art Walk där du kan utforska butikerna, träffa ägarna, prova lite vin och lyssna på lite lokal musik. Vi är en kort promenad till Ripleys Believe It Or Not, Old Town Trolley, det magnifika fortet och Bayfront. Vi är också en 5 minuters bilresa till Vilano-stranden.

Glöm inte att fråga om vår gäståtkomst till Serenata Beach Club! Lämna dina solstolar och tillbehör hemma och tillbring dagen på vår strandklubb. Vilket fantastiskt sätt att tillbringa en dag avkopplande mellan turnera St. Augustine!

We love our neighbors and are in a residential neighborhood and ask that our guests respect a quiet time between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
We have off-street parking at the side of the house for 2 cars. The public parking lot is a 5-minute walk. No parking on Loring Street.

Absolutely. David and Wendy were perfect hosts. The home was our favorite VRBO that we have stayed at. The amenities and level of detail to the comfort of this home was incredible. If you are traveling to St Augustine, look no further I guarantee you will love it.

Definitely recommend! Good location, close to many historic places, yet situated in a quiet residential area. Home is lovely and decorated in a fun eclectic way. Homeowners easy to reach and prompt when we had a couple items we needed. Kitchen top notch. Mattresses comfortable. We had great time in St. Augustine even though the weather was chilly.

The Guest House is a lovely place to spend some time in St. Augustine! The property was relaxing, spacious, beautifully decorated, and well equipped for our stay. The location is quiet, but easily walkable to the Visitors Center, Trolley, etc. The owners kept in contact throughout our initial reservation and stay.

We have stayed in a number of VRBOs, and have to say that this property stood out! We loved the decor, great appliances, well-appointed rooms, and the feeling of home.Everything in the house was very clean, fresh-feeling, and was clearly labeled. The owners were super responsive and friendly, and are definitely VRBO all-stars!Very easy walk to the Old Town of St Augustine, and had parking which was a major plus.We would 100% plan a trip around this particular property's availability if we need to return to St Augustine again.

Close to Everything!

We spent a week in this property as a family of four with two teenagers. It was centrally located within walking distance to many of the to-do’s in St Augustine. The house was well appointed with all necessities and even had many extras that were extremely useful and enjoyable, like the record player and Bluetooth speakers. The living room was perfect for relaxing after a hot day out walking the historic district and sightseeing. Would definitely recommend staying here!

This house was absolutely beautiful! It was very clean and beautifully decorated. The owners have truly thought of everything that you might need while on vacation and then some. The location was perfectly located close to all of the attractions but far enough away from the hustle and bustle to enjoy a quiet, relaxing stay. Wonderful stay

My family came into St. Augustine for Memorial Day weekend. The property is in a charming historic area with an easy walk to the old center of the city. Best Ever Home We've Stayed In

This home is extremely charming and very well decorated. It was spacious and comfortable. The owners were extremely responsive to a couple of questions we had for them. They really thought of everything. Even supplies of often forgotten items were provided in the bathroom like toothpaste etc. The kitchen was clean and well equipped. Its just a short walk to the fort and St. George Street. We would definitely want to stay again.

Fabulous Home Away From Home

Charming home in walkable neighborhood

We had a wonderful stay at the Artisan Cottage! Wendy and David were marvelous hosts. The home was very clean and had more supplies and amenities than we could have anticipated. The decor was fun, charming and eclectic. The communication with our hosts was great. The home was a 10 to15 minute walk to historical St. Augustine. There was excellent on-site parking. We would highly recommend the Artisan Cottage to anyone visiting St. Augustine!

Beautiful House in a Great Location!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. Amazing location (St. George St. is only about 8-10 min walk!) and a beautiful home with all you could need. They provide all the essentials so you don't need to go out and buy little things you may have forgotten, including spices, foil, toothpaste, etc. My kids (9 and 12) loved playing cornhole outside and sitting by the firepit listening to music in the evening! We had an issue with the microwave where it ended up dying on our 3rd night. The owners responded SUPER quick and sent out a countertop one for us to use (within 1-2 hours!) until they could replace the over the stove one. Their response time is great and they're super easy to work with. I wish they owned properties in more locations :) lolWould 100% stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a nice, quiet, but CLOSE property to downtown.
