Long weekend with friends

The house was very clean, and the owners let us get in a little early. The only downside was there was no instruction booklet on the property to tell you how to use the amenities. There also were no dish towels in the kitchen. They did fill the gas tanks for the patio fireplaces and gas grill immediately when we reached out. There were some added bonuses like hand soap in all the bathrooms and shampoo/conditioner samples. Overall, the plusses way outnumbered the minuses. We had a great weekend.

Simply Fantastic

This is an amazing vacation home. It has everything you could possibly need, it is VERY clean, comfortable for the entire family. I also, loved the location. It isn't far from St. Augustine, it is close to some great restaurants, close to a nice grocery store and only about a half mile from the beach. It's a very quiet neighborhood and everyone is so friendly. The owners are also great and easy to communicate with. If you're going to the area, this is the place to stay!

Wonderful stay!

A very nice clean stay, nice practical set up for cooking with tools and all. Comfortable, very spacious and great location to enjoy the area. Very convenient though as far as location, and renting the golf cart makes it easy to see the beaches around or go fishing nearby without having to carry everything on foot. It was just me and one friend who stayed but it would be great to transport family or kids nearby too since there was so much room. The host was very attentive and had quick response to any questions needing answered. Lastly, the pool was my favorite. Very private and good ambiance, and as I am Florida born, the heating element was so enjoyable as even 70 degrees outside can be chilly at night and this was a good way to still enjoy a swim without the sun!! Hopefully will bring my family back here some day!

Great Winter Getaway

We had a terrific two weeks at Costal Sol... escaping the Jan/Feb cold of Pittsburgh. The house was perfect for my wife and I, with the extra upstairs BRs serving as excellent office space for my wife to tele-commute. Very clean and well appointed property. Afternoons were perfect for Florida's winter sun hanging out by the pool. The neighborhood was so peaceful, yet vibrant. You could easily tell people LIVE there which added a nice vibe. Every day we woke up looking forward to long walks around the community and down the beach.Loved hanging out at Caps on the Water, Aunt Kate's, the Reef and the Beach bar, all close by. Short drives to downtown St Augustine were a perfect change of pace...very beautiful town. Enjoyed several excellent restaurants, explored the fort, and climbed to the top of the lighthouse on Anastasia Island. Thank you for sharing this property. Great winter getaway!!

Relaxing vacay

My sons and daughter in laws really enjoyed our stay at Coastal Sol! The house and pool were very nice. The property management was quick in replying to questions. The golf cart was a plus also and a lot of fun! Thank you for sharing your house!

Very comfortable home. Perfect size heated pool. Very well appointed home for families with small children. Nice neighborhood and an easy 5 minute walk to beautiful beaches. Very quiet with no hotels nearby. Easy 10 min drive to downtown St Augustine.
