Just a short stroll from the beach, you'll also be close to local restaurants, coffee shops, and unique boutiques, making it easy to enjoy the best of the area.



The community sits alongside the Intracoastal Waterway, where you can take in colorful sunset views from the shared dock or launch a kayak or small boat for a day on the water. When you're not exploring, cool off in the community pool or spend the day on the beach using one of the nearby public access points. If you have a 4WD vehicle, beach driving is available from the nearby Cubbedge Road entrance.



Inside the home:



- A comfortable living room with plush seating, a Smart TV, and an open-concept layout perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. Board games are also provided for cozy evenings indoors.

- A fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, cookware, and everything needed to prepare meals at home, plus a dishwasher for easy cleanup.

1 full bathroom and 1 half bath.



A private washer and dryer are available for guest use. A starter amount of laundry detergent is included.



Guest Access:

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo during your stay. Should you need anything, please let us know. We’re available 7 days a week.

Other Things to Note:

Mid-stay maintenance checks will be done every two weeks for stays longer than 28 days. Please note that this is mandatory.



We provide some home/bath essentials like basic soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper. Some cleaning supplies, such as dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, paper towels, and trash bags, are provided. Keep in mind these items are not replenished.



Baby equipment is available for a fee.



Guests will need to climb stairs.



There is a welcome sheet inside with further instructions, including WiFi details.



Guests may need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.



A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.



Guests staying 30 nights or longer will receive a complimentary mid-stay maintenance check to help ensure everything is in good working order. This service is provided at no additional cost.



We will coordinate the specific timing of this visit with you to ensure minimal disruption and accommodate your schedule. Please note that access to the property for this maintenance check requires prior authorization.



HOUSE RULES

- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the unit or near open windows, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.

- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Visitors are ok as long as they don’t stay overnight.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or anytime during their stay.

- Pets are not allowed

- Kindly check all drawers, cabinets, closets, and under the beds. Please make sure you do not leave anything behind. We do not ship belongings to guests after check-out. No exceptions
